Audrey’s voice is very charming in general with her unusual Dutch-Belgian combination accent and her singing is fine, while she struggled with high notes, they could have done a mixture of her and Marni.
Wow, thanks for posting. I prefer her singing, it actually sounds like her and it sounds more right for the character too – sort of a childish, bright-eyed voice for a bright-eyed character with a bit of childlike naivate. I mean, it’s a bit odd in the film to hear a rich and mellifluous voice coming from such a little slip of a thing.

It takes a special type of person to pull off a top hat: Jeremy Brett, Frosty the Snowman, Willy Wonka, George Harrison …..
George wears one sometimes on Poldark and whenever he does I scoff.
Yeah when I first read this my mind immediately went to Beatle George and I was confused for a second because why would one scoff at this handsome lad?

Offline Paul might not be able to pull off the top hat (if for no other reason than he looks like a little boy, which he always did anyway), but John and Ringo look like cowboy rejects imo. I think it works on George it’s because he has a longer face with thinner cheeks (perhaps he…let his face grow long???
)

Offline I have maintained a steady average of about 2.5 posts a day since I joined. Until about 2015, I was losing a good few weeks of comments in the summer when I’d be off in the middle of nowhere with no internet.
I also feel like I’ve posted a lot but in the grand scheme of things I haven’t- looking at the Leaders’ Board*- I’ve been here longer than SS? and AG (just barely though, a few months), Fiddy, Bebu and Holey by years and they’re all (bar Holey) miles ahead of me.
*Also, I just realised RN joined a few months before me. I always thought he was like the 2010 crew that have stuck around, but he’s a late 2012 joiner- *monocle drops*.
It’s mental to think I’ve been here on for 7 years, Jesus a lot of hours of my life have been spent on here- a lot of laughs too of course 😉

Keep going WSC, once you get to trc it’s a group of 3 that you can pretty quickly bypass and I’ll probably be pretty easy to bypass (I’ll never get past Fiddy), so you’ll have to be happy being in the Top 4 unless one of those gets a promotion.
