Wowie, I missed a lot!
Most-asked annoying question– definitely “why are you so tall?” I often have to refrain from asking “well, why are you so short?” and my standard response is “genetics.”
I’ve never visited the U.K, but I very much want to.

That’ll shut ’em up and also make them wonder how a nuclear accident could cause a giant.

Offline Hey if it’s a choice between giant or shortarse, we all know which we would prefer to be called. You will also survive a flood longer (assuming I’ve lost my ability to swim) than me.
The only benefits I get are being comfortable in airport seats and being able to buy really cheap theatre seats because it’s squished against a balcony 🙂

I may survive a flood longer, but I’m a greater target for lightning strikes.
The only benefits I get are being comfortable in airport seats and being able to buy really cheap theatre seats because it’s squished against a balcony 🙂
And also the benefits of
1. not being stopped by random people who inform you of your height as if it’s new information
2. Not hitting your head on everything
3. Finding clothes that actually fit
4. Being able to drink from water fountains without folding yourself in half (seriously, with most water fountains I could drink from them on my knees and still have to bend over)
5. and more.
I want to be comfortable in airplane seats 🙁

Because I’m in my last year of school
I get this anytime I meet anyone! Sometimes I give them a straight answer, but if I’m fed up with the world I tell them ‘I’m going to be a hairdresser’ (my hair is… not a fashion statement, put it that way!). That shuts them up.

Half the night? Two or three in the morning I’d say. Never been to England, really want to go though. And yes, the school question is so annoying — one time I got so peeved about repeatedly getting the question that I wrote out a long list of completely facetious answers such as ‘Matt Bellamy’s personal guitar tech’ and ‘A turkey farmer’. I’m too honest to use them though

Oh boy have I tried, trust me. There are some songs on that lit I have heard so many times, I just can’t get into them. CBC, HIAWG, KCHHH, TB, and BIB are 5that I have listened to so often to try to get into, but I just can’t. It’s bizarre.

Offline In my experience, not listening to a song I don’t like for a month or so, and then coming back to it with fresh ears usually works better than forcing myself to listen to it a lot.

Offline Just for the exercise here are the songs I skip (as in currently don’t have these songs saved so spotify plays the album without)
Chains : I’ve been meaning to fix this one because I think this was an accident, but I forgot
Honey Don’t : don’t like except one moment
Mr. Moonlight: okay with now, should probably remove
Thank You Girl : this song annoys me
I Wanna Be Your Man : not as bad as the next one, but not good either
Little Child : so bad, worst beatles song
Act Naturally : i should probably relisten, i think I’ll like it more now
Dizzy Miss Lizzy : badly placed for the album experience, but a good song otherwise
What Goes On : again badly placed, an okay song
Run For Your Life : combo of subject matter and bad placement, the song itself is pretty good
All Together Now : I only like this song when I’m watching the movie. I don’t like listening to it by itself
