Please do keep discussing Holey’s question, but here’s one I just thought of and didn’t want to forget:
How loud do you normally listen to your music?
For me, it depends on how much background noise there is and how loud the album is (for instance I always need to listen to Hunky Dory at a higher volume than Reality) but generally the butter zone is five or six bars:

I think it also depends on your earphones? Now I usually switch the volume from 1 to 3 bars. When it’s particularly loud, I will put it up to 5 or 6 bars. But I needed 7 bars to get the same volume when using my last earphone.
My breakfast choices: bread from nearby bakery, dumplings, sometimes pancake, sometimes a sandwich. And usually I also have a cup of milk.

I suppose it’s time for a new question…Do you have the same thing for breakfast every morning, or does it change occasionally/regularly?
It varies. Most mornings, it’s leftovers from the night before, oatmeal, or whatever I can rummage from the fridge. This morning it was peanut butter and banana.

About one-third to halfway up. Rarely louder than that unless I’m (rarely) in a loud setting or (usually) it’s an important bit I want to hear or (more usually) Led Zeppelin

When they discount crumpets I buy them, honey or peanut butter crumpets and coffee is my perfect breakfast. I alternate with toast and coffee. I’ve had to cut my bacon eggs and tomato to once a month now, trying to get my cholesterol down on doctors orders *grumble grumble*.
I like my music reasonably loud in headphones, I’m out of the habit of playing it on speakers.

Offline In answer to Fiddy’s question, my earbuds are really buggy and I need to pan to 70% right for it to sound centered, so that means I’m one notch from max. If I have non-buggy earphones I’m about one or two notched but not more above

Offline For breakfast, I usually have a couple slices of apple. I have a really hard time getting myself to eat in the morning, but then when I’m halfway through first period I majorly regret it.
I generally listen to things at between four and six bars, but with my old headphones I had to turn it almost to 100% to hear anything.

Offline My loudness depends on the genre. Some music I like to play really loud and immerse myself in, othertimes it works better slightly quieter.
I usually have a bowl of cereal with some fruit or yogurt in the morning. Sometimes i have toast.

Offline Okay, here’s a new (both very painful and very hypothetical) question:
If you were going to be stranded on a desert island and could only bring five Beatley (Beatles and solo) albums (double/triple albums count as one, and no compilations count (Past Masters , Anthologies, Red and Blue Albums, etc.)), what would they be?
Here’s my answer:
Revolver , MMT, White Album , Let It Be and ATMP . (One person was harmed in the making of this list).

I guess I’d have to choose Revolver and Rubber Soul , because they are essential to my existence… maybe AHDN , because it’s amazing… probably The White Album , because a) quality and b) quantity… and ATMP for the same reasons.
Seriously though, what an awful decision! I couldn’t live without my babies

Offline I’m gonna say Abbey Road , Sgt Pepper , The White Album , MMT, and Help ! (It was so close but I could not live without Ticket To Ride )
Also the caveat should be made that the only solo album I’ve listened to so far is Egypt Station, which I do like but not enough to take with me to a desert island
