I love all chocolate (I have a serious addiction) but I prefer milk to dark. I also have a soft spot for white chocolate, which many people find to be shocking and monstrous, but I like it

Dark chocolate all the way!!! It seems to me like a lot more people seem to be accepting of dark chocolate recently. Whenever it was brought up in a conversation or handed out in primary and the first few years of secondary school, most people in my group or class (except me, of course) would get grossed out by it.

Your taste buds definitely change the older you get. A lot of sweets I loved as a kid I can’t eat now because they’re too sugary (but tbh I don’t know if they’ve changed the recipe). I really love fresh tomatoes now as well, when even the thought of them as a child was enough to make me feel queasy.
I still think liquorice is the devil, so I’m happy that remains.
And to answer the question I love all chocolate but if I had to rank:
#1 Milk #2 Dark #3 White (I don’t even think you can say white chocolate is chocolate though).

I love dark chocolate because it’s different from the other sugary crap I eat, it has personality.

Dark chocolate has antioxidants in it too, so it’s a win-win: healthy () and yummy!
White shouldn’t be called chocolate. Call it cocoa butter (which it is) or something…

It is a bit of a misnomer… does it even have actual cocoa in it?

It’s very strange. I eat nothing but sugar and I never exercise, yet somehow I’m all bones. My brother calls me a twig.
I eat candy, bagels, vegetables, and the occasional tofu. But like really inconsistently, because my body does this weird thing where i just “forget” to eat. so im pretty thin, too.

Yeah I’m weird about food. I’m a super-picky eater and an aspiring vegetarian who gets weird about eating in public (besides restaurants) and has an unhealthy addiction to sugar.
But that’s not on topic! I’m not a huge fan of dark chocolate, it’s too bitter.
Love one another.

What I’ve found is that the less I eat, the less I want to eat. So there are times where I can go two days without food before starting to get dizzy, but then there are times where I can’t last half a day without food before feeling sick. If you try to make a conscious effort to eat more consistently, your body probably will “forget” that it wants food less often.
But on the topic of chocolate, I guess dark chocolate is my favorite, although I’m not a big chocolate fan. I like it when it’s in something (like coffee or a smoothie), but chocolate alone is too much for me.

I had some dark chocolate in a shop in Brussels, Belgium, that was delicious. Too bad I don’t live in Brussels. I eat milk chocolate here in the US.

Thanks, @Little Piggy Dragonguy , that’s actually really helpful, my mum has a slight eating disorfer, and I might have it, too, so i have to be more careful about eating…
Also, @Ahhh Girl , that sounds great! I’ve never really had fancy chocolate before, I should try some next time I get the chance.

A question to those of you who are tall…
Do you stand up straight? It’s just that I’ve seen tall people stoop a lot, and in my mind they are doing it to not seem so tall. Thoughts?

I’m somewhere between average height and tall, and I tend to stoop a lot of the time, unless I’m trying to prove I’m taller than my brother, which is quite a lot of the time. In fact, I pretty much subconsciously modelled my walk and stance on this album cover:

European chocolate is SO much better than American chocolate.

I have horrible posture. I have this way of standing that legit makes me five inches shorter. When I’m sitting, say in a classroom, I slouch a ton so I’m not a head taller than everyone else in the class.

American chocolate is rancid, I don’t think you’re allowed to call whatever the hell the US produces as “chocolate”.
Kraft bought Cadbury’s a few years ago and destroyed the brand. It now tastes of sadness whereas before it was creamy deliciousness.
