An interesting suggestion, @Necko, but I would say no, that the two things are often in direct opposition to each other.
Being well-behaved involves following a set of rules laid down for you without question, while being considerate often involves protesting against rules that you feel are unfair or discriminate.
Let us take a recent example in the US, Trump’s reversal of Obama’s Executive Order which allowed transgender students to use the bathroom of the gender they identified as rather than the gender they were born as. This did lead to some students protesting rules which they viewed as discriminatory against their transgender peers. Or, going back to the ’60s, young people who protested against school segregation, or against the Vietnam draft.
To protest against these things involved them breaking rules.

I think you are mistaking being well-behaved with being obedient, @Ron Nasty.
Being obedient is doing what those in authority want you to do without question. Being well-behaved, however, is acting in a polite or “correct” way.
As there is no such thing as a correct way to act, since everybody has a different perception of what is correct and what is not correct, I would not say that breaking or questioning a rule or a law is always tantamount with failing to be well-behaved.
Participating in a protest against a law is a subversive act, and I would not call those protesters obedient, but if they protest peacefully and with good intentions, neither would I say that they are not well-behaved.

And there are those who would say, @Little Piggy Dragonguy, that a person who disobeys or challenges the rules that they expected to follow, however polite they may be in their disobedience, cannot be considered as being well-behaved because they are challenging those with authority over them.

Well, yeah… That’s kind of what I was saying.

Being well-behaved relies on what the person judging deems as “correct”.
There may be people who would never consider disobedience well-behaved because they think that being submissive and obsequious are part of being well-behaved. There are also people who believe the opposite – that following a law or rule that does not coexist with your morals is inherently wrong and ill-mannered.
Some people thinking that being obedient and being well-behaved are mutually necessary does not make them so.
Both sides are right in this situation. There is no universal truth, especially when it comes to something as subjective as behaving in a “correct” manner.

Most of us haven’t been here much longer than two years. Personally, I’ve been here 10 months.

I can’t remember the BB Birthday of my old account that was deleted, but I would guess I’m getting close to my 2nd year.
What have other members moved to different accounts? I saw recently that maybe @Pineapple Records had?

I’m sure this has been asked a lot, but which active posters have been here the longest? How soon after Joe created this site did you discover it?
The oldest are the ones who joined around 2010 and 2011, the great overlords Zig and meanmistermustard being examples of still-active 2010 users.
Me, myself, and I am actually one of the older ones on this forum, I’ve been around for 4 years now- which is quite impressive. I haven’t taken any considerable time of absence either bar a few weeks in the summer when I’m gone on holiday and don’t have internet.
Most days I check in here at least once.

It shows when somebody joined the forum under their post count
But as for the users who are currently active, I think Von Bontee/vonbontee has been here the longest, followed by Zig, followed by Necko, followed by me (I originally joined in January 2011)

When you think about your account, what does it look like? Does it look like you, your avatar, a combo or something else?
Also are there any other users you visualize in your mind?

When I think about my account, I think about my hands typing, not me.
Any BBers that I know what they look like, I visualise that, but if I don’t know what they look like, usually I think about their avatar, which usually ends up with a lot of Johns running around in my head.

I think @c64wood , @TheOneBeatle (presumably no longer a maniac!) and myself are the only regulars dating back to 2009. (And of course Joe goes back to ’08.)

Even if I know what they look like, sometimes their avatar overpowers like Zig, he posted a photo a long time ago but despite seeing it, I still think of him as his avatar.
