Do people ever tell you that you speak with a noticeable accent?
People seem to notice my NY accent most when I’m tired. Like in the morning…before I’ve had my first cup of caw-fee.

No. I do think a tiny bit of the Southern kicks in when I’m talking to Southerners, but most of the time my accent is pretty neutral American.

Have you ever headbanged so hard your neck gets sore? I do this sometimes with especially groovy Muse songs like ‘Panic Station’ and Led Zeppelin songs like ‘Rock And Roll’.
…Just me? Okay

I’ve never headbanged so hard that my neck was sore but I’ve managed to bang my head against something hard and hurtful several times. Last time this happened, was with Another Girl (that’s such a groovy song!) a few days ago.

It’s been so long since I had enough hair to headbang to anything that I can’t remember

Ah, don’t be daft @ewe2, you don’t need hair to headbang. As a matter of fact, as a bassist, you are more than amply equipt to headbang.
Witness Chris Wolstenholme — the least hirsute, most headbangy bassist I know.

Helter Skelter is quite bangy too. Singing the guitar runs (dah nah nah nah nah nah nah!) is not appreciated by cats, I’ve discovered

Also does anyone else sing along to the riff in I Want You (She’s So Heavy)? Cats don’t like that either
Cats might be averse to my singing overall perhaps. Isn’t stopping me!

My cat hates any rock song, but doesn’t care about the more laid back songs…

My cat hates my singing too… he hates my french horn, funnily enough!

Omigod yes, that’s only reason dogs are better. In every other category (get it? cat-egory?) cats are better.
In answer to the original question – once. I hurt my head so badly I never did it again…
