Do you sleep with all the covers tucked nicely under the mattress or do you just have them floating free on the bed?
Tucked in at the footboard, free everywhere else.
What type of sheets to you prefer – linen, silk, Egyptian cotton?
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Ah, i see. Thank you.
I’m far too lazy to make my bed but if i stay somewhere and the bed is made tucked in tight i take it it all apart before going to sleep.
As for the sheets i don’t care as long as they are comfortable and clean. Wouldn’t be able to tell an Egyptian cotton from a silk if i had a tutorial about them first.

Covers want to be free!
I like the thermal-regulating, heat transfer sheets. I have a blanket like that too.

I generally start my Christmas shopping as late as possible tho due to the amount of folk who lose the ability to remain sane, cheerful and courteous when out shopping during that period i’m doing more and more online. I’m not a fan of being bustled over, around folk who look so damn miserable or queuing for 20 minutes each time i want to buy something.

Zag started hers on 26 December last year – no kidding. For friends/relatives, she literally shops all year. Not on purpose mind you, but she will see something on sale that she knows “so and so” would love. Then, it goes in the Christmas box waiting to be wrapped during the season. That way, all we need to do when the snow flies is shop for each other.

Our favorite thing to do on vacation is go somewhere we’ve never been. The reason why is we’ve found that when we’ve returned to a familiar spot, we were bored. It’s So Hard to recreate the magic and/or excitement of discovering a place for the first time. We’ve literally been to all 4 corners of the US and a lot of places in between and the memories of each place we’ve been are priceless.
If a vacation destination is within a reasonable distance, do you prefer to travel by land, air or for some of you, by water?

For most trips it is but it is not always the case. Consider this: last January, I had to go to Pittsburgh for training. 1) I would have had to drive an hour to get to the Harrisburg airport, 2) It is recommended that you get there at least an hour early to park, get to the terminal and then get through security, 3) the flight takes, at the minimum two and a half hours (can you believe there are no non-stops between Harrisburg and Pittsburgh when they are only 200 miles away?) , 4) get from the terminal to the renatl car (15 – 20 minutes?) and then 5) another 15 to 20 minutes to the office or hotel. That’s well over 5 hours when driving door-to-door takes 4 hours.

I have found this to be so true for many work-related trips. Dang, I drove 9 hours to middle-of-nowhere Nebraska from middle-of-nowhere Oklahoma once to avoid multiple airports/flights and a rental car.

This is for all of you! I’m curious to know (be honest) the vision you have of Brazilians and Brazil (let me guess: all bitch, who likes soccer and samba and Brazil is a disorder besides being very violent). In part, that you say is true. Hit?
Whenever I think of Brazil, I think of soccer, beaches and parties. All fun.
Every country is violent in it’s own way. It’s just to what degree. I try not to let the actions of a few cloud my thoughts of how people are in other countries.

We had an exchange student from Brazil at my high school. There was a student from Brazil that came into the computer lab where I worked when I was in graduate school. We had two brothers and a sister from Brazil who worked as student workers at my library. When I think of Brazil, I say to myself, “Dang, they have some good-looking men down there!”
