I find Pink Floyd’s ‘Atom Heart Mother Suite’ to be decent background noise, though it’s absolutely rubbish for foreground noise.
Today, I suddenly recalled that the stereo I use to play records has a tuner on it, so I fiddled with the radio a bit and caught the Great Classical Station. It makes very pleasant background music.
I shall probably be using the radio a bit more from now on (I never listen to the radio normally). The GCS is very relaxing — even the announcers sound mellow.

There has been a great demand on my time lately from many different sources. Therefore, I would like to shapeshift into something people would leave alone like a skunk or a porcupine. There are more objectionable animals that people wouldn’t go near, I suppose, but none as cute.

Offline I’d love to shapeshift into a bulletproof Kodiac bear. They can eat whatever they want, and don’t get lectured for it. Plus their name is kind of cool too. Ursus Arctos Middendorffi sounds like a Duke of an ancient country that only exists in fairy tales.

Flies don’t even live a month and you live in Texas (?). I’m not sure you would have the time to fly to him with the lifespan a fly has. Another problem is that flies can’t swim, so even if their lifespan was long enough for you to fly to him, you would probably get tired flying over the ocean and would end up drowning.
