Better than killing Hitler – kill the person that denied him being accepted to art school. Maybe if he went to art school he wouldn’t have even started the Holocaust.
I’d suggest reading Roald Dahl’s ‘Genesis and Catastrophe: A True Story‘.

Sounds depressing.

It’s 3 or 4 pages long, 6 here. I enjoyed it a lot.

2 questions,1. Is this your first forum? If not, what was?
2. Why do you use forums?
1. Yes
2. This is the only one I’m in. I use it to learn about anything I can about the Beatles.

Where would you go if you were transported back to the dawn of humanity with immortality? The immortality would included a healing factor which heals any damage you take or have taken. How would you influence the past?
I would travel throughout the centuries spreading the word of the savior. I’d post his likeness near and far. All hail…

This is my first and only forum. I use it as an outlet to talk about the Beatles with people without having to bother my friends.
It keeps me sane.

1. No. I think the first forums I was a part of were Harry Potter ones because I was greatly into Harry Potter as a teen. I’m still a big fan no doubt, but it has cooled down. I would say this is the first forum I have been really dedicated to and have stayed on for years. The others I have lost interest. I probably couldn’t even tell you their names.
2. I like a sense of community. Back when I first used forums was in the early days of the internet. Facebook/MySpace were not very popular (maybe not invented), so forums were a place to talk to people and maybe have a community like setting. What I like about this one is it doesn’t seem to die out. There is strong leadership and membership.

What`s your least favourite song of all time?Zig said
‘Lovin’ You’ by Minnie Riperton is one I remember disliking when it came out in 1975. At first I disliked it. Eventually I grew to detest it. I can’t think of too many, if any, I could like less.
While listening to the radio over the weekend, I was reminded that while ‘Lovin’ You’ by Minnie Riperton still remains my least favorite song ever (that I can recall), a very close second place would go to any song ever sung anywhere any time by Meat Loaf.

1. No. I don’t even remember what my first forum was, probably a Harry Potter forum, I used to do rpgs back in the day and there was a forum to chill in and talk about all kinds of things. And it was all adults, which was the draw for me. No kids. I used to spend more time on a few Beatles and music oriented Usenet Newsgroups before I found forums.
2. I like them better because it’s easier to feel like a community, and conversations are MUCH easier to follow. I have people who only “do” Facebook now and I’m like how can you even have a conversation there? The groups… nothing stays linear, something someone liked from two years ago will bop up to the top and you miss new posts so easily. Facebook also hides a lot of your stuff.

Time for some macabre question. Inspired by the Songs that Scare thread.
1.) How many users would Joe have to kill before you left the forum?
or
2.) If user 1 kills user 2 and it is confirmed that user 1 killed user 2, would user 1 be banned from the forum?

One person. I won’t stick around on the board of a murderer.

1. If Joe killed then he’d be in jail and there almost certainly wouldn’t be a forum.
2. If confirmed then user 1 would be in jail and have no internet privileges so wouldn’t be able to visit the forum and therefore it wouldn’t be an issue whether to ban or not.

User 1 could get out of prison with parole and go back to the forum.
