I think this question may have been asked before by someone or other.
I’ve done it a couple times. I once thought of starting a thread called “Beatle Spotting” where users mentioned mentions of the Beatles that weren’t big enough to be considered “Beatles News,” but I changed my mind because I thought the thread concept was too similar to “Beatley Moments.”
I'm Necko. I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I once put a lot of passion into making a thread about the trix bunny and crayola crayons but then it got deleted and after that I’ve always been kind of hesitant to make new threads

Probably. I read this whole thread and this question seemed not never been asked but now new people can get a chance!

I didn’t actually ask what the rejected ideas were, so it’s kinda different.

Yes, I’ve been thinking about making a thread about George’s weird middle eights, but I’m not feeling well and not up to going through it all in a way that doesn’t invoke eternal Thingies wrath. But they are weird. Weirdy weirdo weird.
I'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe. This has been true for 2016 & 2017 but I may have to get more specific in the future.

Hey, we Fiendish Thingies are so fiendish, we like his weirdness. So we don’t mind if you call him weird because

Right, fellow Fiends?
And speaking of George and threads, I thought of making a thread about George’s seeming obsession with descending chord progressions, but never got round to it.

I wear beanies in winter a lot. I have a trilby and a porkpie for summer. NOT a fedora!

I’m not particularly keen on wearing hats, but I have this one really cool jester-ish hat with bells on it that I like to wear. Don’t really go out with it, though, but I used to wear it while I did my homework because I can’t lay down or put my head down with it on so it would keep me awake.

I have a thinsulate hat I wear throughout the winter.
On a loosely connected theme i have two scarfs, one is Beatles which I hardly ever wear as its rather short. The other is a football scarf (not a team any of you will have hear of, they are Scottish and play way down the leagues) I was given it by my brother about 15 years ago that I wear all the time from around October through to mid-March. Its still in perfect condition. Its one of the two items I’ve had for years that I haven’t lost that means anything to me. The other is my Beatles watch which I got 20 years ago this month.

Kind of, yes. I normally just wear winter hats, I don’t really wear baseball caps (mainly because I barely have any) plus, my school is extremely strict with hats – you’ll end up with a detention, no matter what

I love wearing hats but I don’t have that many unfortunately.
In winter I wear a lovely woollen hat, that is waterproof- I love it.
In summer- I wear stupid hats, that I use for skin coverage more than looking good. If you saw me you’d probably think I’m a massive dork.
I also have a bonnet that I accidentally took from the least favourite play I have ever done.
@meanmistermustard what do you think of my team- Partick Thistle? Who are coincidentally- number 9, number 9 in the Scottish league.
The only piece of jewellery or whatnot that I wear constantly is a watch that my mam gave me and some kind of earrings- at the minutes they’re pearls as I feel in a Classic-Hollywood mood.

My first thought is why on earth are you supporting Partick Thistle, have you ever seen then play?
After the recovery from passing out I think they’re a good club that tries to play football and have a presence in the community. There isn’t much else to be said about them, they bob up and down between the two top leagues. I think its great you are supporting them over Rangers or Celtic tho, too many latch onto clubs that regularly win trophies simply for that reason whilst ignoring other sides that try their hardest to survive and compete as much as possible on a far lower budget. Their fans are also great and a decent stadium.

Ok, I’ve stopped laughing- I shall now continue.
I always go for the Underdog, believe me if you saw my local team playing football- you’d understand. It’s the same in my voting for the BB End-Of-Year votes, I nearly always vote for the person who is unlikely to win because that’s the weird person I am.
That and they did beat Kilmarnock 5-2 but to be fair, I probably would have done a better job than some of the Killie players if I was there (and no that is not a compliment, I once scored an incredible own-goal though from the other side of the pitch in PE before- which was an extraordinary feat, it was both a blessing and a curse that no-one saw it >.>)

Kilmarnock are awful, the fans dislike the manager yet hate the board even more. The good thing for Kilmarnock is that Dundee United are bottom, are atrocious, and look nailed on for the one automatic relegation place.
Do you think you’ll ever get to a game? It is a nice ground and very easy to get to.
