2 brothers, both older.
This is for @trcanberra
You are a Welshman but you now live in Australia and have been doing so for quite a while. My question is:
Do native-Australians think you’re Australian or do they know you’re a Brit?
And when you go home:
Do your fellow Brits think you’re Australian?
This has been on my mind for quite a bit (I’ve obviously got loads of interesting things to think of) so there you are.

Well @AppleScruffJunior;
Australians generally still seem to think of me as British after all these years as I still have a trace of the accent.
When I have been “home” people get a bit confused as to where I’m from because my accent is a bit of a mixture now. Some of them pick up the UK origins, but with an odd twang they usually can’t quite work out.
One lady by the side of a canal while we were waiting for our turn to get through the lock picked it exactly – genius!!
And thanks for asking – VERY interesting I’m sure 🙂

And now I know, thank you! 😛
One more question, if (hypothetically speaking) I ever met you and the first thing I said was “I think I hear a dingo eating your baby”- would you get mad? Everytime I hear Australians (I watch quite a bit of ‘Nothing to Declare’) I just think of The Simpsons’ episode where they go to Australia.

I wish I got polite offers like coffee, I won’t say what I’ve been asked to do

Not me, but then I’m pretty thick-skinned. I’m generalising; but most Australians I know are better at laughing at our foibles than people I’ve met from other countries who seem to be a lot more defensive about their perceived shortcomings.
Tries not to mention folks from the USA 🙂

None as its generally undrinkable and therefore if a stranger asked if i wanted a coffee i would decline.
