Happy birthday, Klaus. 
(He’s my favourite artist… well, I don’t know many artists so I suppose I’m not entitled to pick a favourite, well, I really dig his drawings and paintings.) 
On second thoughts, I suppose Lonnie Donegan is tangentially Beatle-related, because he was part of the British skiffle craze that inspired the pre-fab Beatles. And spell-checker, quit complaining about the word “skiffle”.

Offline A few days ago it was my birthday. A couple of friends came to my place and we had a BBQ, ate icecream, then lit the fireplace and chatted while we ate apfelstrudel and drank coffee, and smoked. It was nice -I hate to spend my birthdays by myself.

Yes, that is a Sun Records t-shirt. We visited Sun Studios a little less than ten years ago on a side trip to Memphis. All I got was that lousy t-shirt.
