By the time I saw this, I had just had an absurdly fantastic day (yesterday, when I had my birthday party: suffice it to say sweet jams were had, and lots of nicely-volumed musics of Beatle/Bowie/Floyd/Zeppelinful nature were danced to, and generally awesome times with my wonderfullest bestest friends ).
I also got Bob Spitz’s Beatles biography — which, if I recall, was said to be fairly atrocious, but it should be an interesting read just for the sake of its atrocity 
(I think I’ve already got a pretty good general knowledge of the Beatles’ history anyway) — and No Quarter by Page and Plant and Outrider by Jimmy Page. I have no idea if they’re any good, I haven’t listened to them yet — stay tuned
