I play golf and tennis. But this year I'm not playing them for our high school.
Why Not?
I went on a long two week trip this summer that interfiered with the golf practices. But I do plan on playing next year. And tennis season conflicts with the musical. So I may just do tennis as a sport outside of school.

I played broomball in college. I'd love to find a kickball league around here. 🙂
Prudence, you bet cheerleading is a sport. I don't know the extent of your routines, but I'd say you have to be fit and you are working out whenever you do a pyramid or a cartwheel or what have you.

I don't play any sports anymore. I used to do swimming and a little frontenis. But I can do a 40 mins Cindy Crawford's Shape your Body routine without losing my breath.
If you're wondering what Frontenis is, it's a popular sport in my city and in some other major cities in Mexico. I just used to play against my sister and not as fast as these guys.

I've played tennis since I was about grade two (I'm year 9 next year), and our year 8 girls hockey team (for school) got to state finals this year, where we came second, so I'm gonna start playing hockey next year as well (not ice hockey, in case you were thinking that)
I'd like to be, under the sea, in an octopus's garden, with you.

No, I'm hopelessly unathletic and almost totally uninterested in sport and always have been. I like watching hockey and I LOVE the NHL playoffs (haven't missed a Finals game since '94 – something like 90 games straight), but that's basically my limit.

I hear there are now Quidditch teams at some colleges now.
I would have loved to have seen Calvinball catch on like that when I was in school.

Exactly, and for people with two-left feet like me, it's perfect. 🙂 I just always loved the idea of a game that is pretty much one you make up as you go along.
I mentioned broomball earlier. I don't know if you know it, but it's a game where you try to run (or glide, mainly walk or slide on your knees) on the ice and using a paddle, try to put a playground ball into a net. It was hysterical! I'm so not a competitive person! 🙂
