I’ve had ‘Goodbye Yellow Brick Road’ by Elton John stuck in my head since I woke up this morning. I love this song, but I’m starting to get tired of it endlessly cycling through my mind’s ear.

Ding Dong, Ding Dong from Dark Horse is stuck in my head because I heard it on the Beatles Channel in the car on the way back from my concert and I can’t get enough of it for some reason

I’ve been trying to get into Joni Mitchell lately (I’m still new, I haven’t heard everything yet), but I haven’t been able to get enough of Blue (the album) lately. The songs are just so beautiful and calming.

The theme from Carl Sagan’s Cosmos is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I’ve ever heard…

I can’t get enough of ‘For Your Life’ by Led Zeppelin. It’s such a BANGER. It’s got GROOVE for DAYS. And yet, like most of Presence, it sounds so disheartened/disillusioned. Fascinating.

I can’t get enough of “Silly Love Songs” today… it’s a song I haven’t revisited in a while that I used to love tremendously. It’s kind of nostalgic for me because it was actually the first McCartney song that I loved (I discovered it, and then the rest of the Wings catalog, previous to when my infatuation with the Beatles began. It’s kind of funny how I was more familiar with Wings than the Beatles a few years back. )
Also “Beware of Love” has been on repeat….I forgot how much of a solid rocker it was.

Can’t get enough of this almost-instrumental Replacements song. The main riff about halfway through which shares the vocal melody from the ending (“Seen your video//Phoney rock n roll//We don’t wanna know”) is unbelievably cathartic.
…and of course, the band got signed to a major label the next year, and were basically ordered against their wishes to make a promo video for ther next single. So they did this
