Just came out and I think I’m in love. . . and it’s nothing like I usually listen to.
Update: I’m definitely in love. Who am I and what have I become

You are Beatlebug, and you have become a mod.
I’m on a kick of Panic In Detroit, specifically the guitar at the beginning.

Thanks for not giving up on me just because I’ve gotten obsessed with an unabashed Silly Pop Song.

Good stuff Very crunchy and dry, that guitar tone, quite tasty.

On a kick of some 80s/90s indie rock. Been listening to Pixies’ ‘Debaser’, Pavement’s ‘Harness Your Hopes’ and Sonic Youth’s ‘Sugar Kane’ constantly over the past couple of days.
I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

All great bands but, oh boy, how do i love Pavement. Do you know their Wowee Zowee album? i really dig that one, to me it’s like their White Album .

I watched the “greatest” movie of all time, Give My Regards To Broad Street (our of sheer boredom), just the other day, so I’ve been listening to No More Lonely Nights on repeat since it’s stuck in my head.

I’ve not delved into Pavement much at all, but when I get round to listening to a full album I’ll shortlist it :))
Here are a couple of songs I’ve been enjoying lately.
This one was unexpected, but I heard that it was going to be in the new series of Stranger Things so I put it in a playlist and it’s been in my head ever since.

I had the ecstatic ‘Night Flight’ by Led Zeppelin in my head for like three days… it was great.
In addition to the tasty guitar and organ tone, I just love the drum track and most of all the way Robert’s vocal goes from mildly excited to completely howling to SLUUUUUUUGGHHHHH

I’ve had several songs in my head before, and they usually cycle through rather than playing simultaneously.
