I bet it would sound awesome if you played it! Unlike my version with the pathetic attempts to make pull offs. That’s definitely something I need to practice more!
I’m on a kick of ‘Welcome To The Machine’ at the moment. The lines ‘What did you dream? It’s alright we told you what to dream’ always get me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence — there are a lot of pull offs in it, I rather wondered at your taking it on as a fairly new guitarist. I commend your audacity — you’ve certainly more gumption than I had when I first started playing. I only played rhythm guitar forever, until I realised that the only way to get good at lead was to do it.
I can’t quite play it as effortlessly as Mr Page, but I’ll get there. The thing about his playing is that he doesn’t just play notes straight — he kind of flirts with each one.
