I was just playing Linus And Lucy on piano the other day, along with many others from Vince Guaraldi’s Charlie Brown songbook. Linus And Lucy and Skating are my favorite. Remember DO, there are many great tunes from Charlie Brown Christmas, not just Linus And Lucy.

I’m not a big Peanuts fan so the only songs that i remember from the special are Linus And Lucy and Christmas Time Is Here which i think sucks and i think they might’ve played Oh Christmas Tree as well but i’m not sure.

If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

Not once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's

Hold your head up a-hard-days-night-john-1 you WeepyC, look what you’ve done a-hard-days-night-john-3 part II! a-hard-days-night-paul-5

As for me, I’ve been on a general Muse kick. Especially ‘Hysteria‘ (2003) as I’ve been learning the bass and guitar riffs — the bass is actually much cooler than the guitar, in my opinion, but the guitar is, y’know, guitar, which is what I play after all, so ya know. Both is better! ahdn_george_08

I’m still on a big Le Orme kick. Another track from their second album. This song is called Flowers And Colours (1970, originally released as a single in Italian in 1967):

"Some kind of happiness is measured out in miles... "

Not sure if anyone here is a Scott Walker fan but i’ve been listening to him a lot recently.

Saw his songs being performed at the Albert Hall on Tuesday evening for the BBC Proms.

This song is beautiful:

We’re On The Road Again – Ringo Starr

I’ve heard it for the first time a few hours ago because SgtPeppersBulldog has posted it in the Ringo Appreciation thread …and since then I haven’t really listened to anything else. It’s such a captivating and catchy song and Paul is also playing on it! I’m really looking forward to the whole album!
