It’s not quite one song – but close. Everything by Philip Glass I have heard so far. The 13 pieces I listened to all had the same basic tune but with enough variation to make them familiar, and yet different, at the one and the same time.

I recently found this song, after knowing it since I was seven.
I’m pretty sure they all just got out of bed– Steve’s wearing a dressing-gown and the drummer [Kenney Jones]’s in his underpants.
Steve Marriott is a fantastic singer.
Times I find it hard to say / With useless words getting in my way

I’m currently really enjoying the live version of Cradle Rock by Rory Gallagher (from the album Irish Tour ’74) and Shine On You Crazy Diamond Parts I-IV by Pink Floyd.

BEST SONG EVAAAH
Okay, at least the best Pink Floyd song ever. I mean, if you absolutely must choose just one…
you might as well get your money’s worth and choose the one that’s 26 minutes long
Wait , only the first five parts?

T’was browsing the expanse of the interwebs when I found it. Then, I got so hooked on it that I forgot to check out the rest!
I will check out the rest and the entire album it’s on soon, though! (Or, at least I’ll try! )
Also, sidenote: Isn’t IV four?

I require it of you. Ricky and I say it’s our favouritest Floyds ever.

Oops, I didn’t read. I just assumed it was five cause ye know that’s how it’s supposed to be divided, into parts 1-5 and then 6-9.
