I’m currently obsessed with Hotel California by The Eagles.  They are one of my favorite bands, and Don Henley is just awesome on that song.  I almost want it to be longer so I can just keep listening to it, as if 6 minutes and 30 seconds wasn’t enougha-hard-days-night-john-7

I feel that way about a lot of Harrisongs. a-hard-days-night-george-9

Not quite a song – but Dvorak’s 9th symphony (From The New World). I’ve listened to it a few times over the last few days and a number of the themes are stuck in my head.

Very approachable if you haven’t listened to much classical before.

Yep. Rising Sun (which is 5:20 or thereabouts) or Marwa Blues–I want that one to go on for days.

Step into Christmas by Elton John.

I never heard of it before someone mentioned on this board a few years ago.  Now I hear it everywhere this year!

a-hard-days-night-ringo-8Another Christmas song i’ve never liked is Elton’s. Always skipped it as a kid.

Obsessed with this Pink Floyd song:

I’ve never actually been much into them recently, I listened to Comfortably Numb and Another Brick In The Wall Pt. II, and that was pretty much it. I listened to Dark Side before, but wasn’t that much into it

Not a song as such, but Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. It really is astonishing when performed by a decent violinist; like the Anne-Sophie Mutter version I was listening to last night (and watching on a concert DVD).

Another one that’s not quite a song – but it introduces a lot of songs: The Overture to Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro.

I’ve had this song in my head for the past couple days. I love it. Very Beach Boys -sounding.

I'm Necko.  I'm like Ringo except I wear necklaces.

I'm also ewe2 on weekends.

Most likely to post things that make you go hmm... 2015, 2016, 2017.

Thanks to @meanmistermustard I can’t get enough of

It’s such a lovely song, with Paul’s gently lilting vocal and Linda shimmering above it, and lovely guitar and everything. This be my favourite flavour of Paul.
