Nice
Very sad to hear of the death of Sir Bruce Joseph Forsyth-Johnson CBE at the age of 89, though there have been signals that it was imminent for the last couple of years.
He has been a part of my life for my whole life, an extraordinary performer who, hosting Sunday Night at the London Palladium, had his own special role in the Beatles story.
He was the host on the night Beatlemania was christened.
There are some people who feel like permanent fixtures in your life, that will always be there, and for those of us in the UK, Brucie was one of those.
A day to feel heartbroken. We have lost a true entertainment giant.
RIP, Sir Bruce, and thank you for all the laughs and joy you have given to my life.
Didn’t he do well!

Sad to hear the breaking news that US comedian Jerry Lewis has died at the age of 91.
I grew up on his films with Dean Martin. Always one of my favourite comedians. I like slapstick.
RIP Jerry.

We still don’t get to see the film yet.
I'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe. This has been true for 2016 & 2017 but I may have to get more specific in the future.

We’re going to see a “Holocaust drama about a German clown who leads Jewish children into the gas chambers during World War II” that is “held under such tight surveillance that few have managed to penetrate the security” before ‘Let It Be ‘ is released on DVD!!
Didn’t know Paul arguing with George was so bad.

Oh dear! Here we are again!
Very sad to hear of the death of Walter Becker, co-founder of Steely Dan (along with Donald Fagen), at the age of 67 (which seems way too young these days).
He was a great guitarist, great bassist, and – most importantly – great songwriter.
He will be missed.
RIP Walter Carl Becker, thank you for the music.

In my day the ‘older’ generation used to say you knew when you were getting old because the policemen started looking younger. Now I am old I hardly ever see a copper out of a car long enough to tell how old he is. But what I do notice is the loss of great musicians. RIP Walter, too young. 🙁

Peace and Love to you and may there be light in your dark time.

Expert TextpertNot once does the diversity seem forced -- the genius of the record is how the vaudevillian "When I'm 64" seems like a logical extension of "Within You Without You" and how it provides a gateway to the chiming guitars of "Lovely Rita. - Stephen T. Erlewine on Sgt Pepper's
