I made a twitter account last year to support the lives of all lifeforms from bacteria to cows. It was obviously comedic, poking fun of animal rights supporters. I would give you guys the handle, but I hesitate to because the only people that follow it are people I know in real life. Also it’s been dormant for probably over a year now.

Offline I was thinking that a while back that there should be a “the chill out zone” for regular, consistent users but you still can’t really trust anyone on this technically speaking. I mean I could be a Russian ballet dancer named Peter for all you know.
You also have the problem of when should members be allowed access into the private thread? Would it be be after one year? Two years? When they seem sound? It’d be tough to judge.

True, you can’t go through the day without killing something or contributing to the death of something. But if you are going to proclaim the sanctity of life, you should live by your words, and not choose human fetuses over human adults, chickens or cows.
Well in that case it should be perfectly acceptable for you to eat a human since there is no difference between killing a human and killing a chicken according to you.
People can pick and choose who and what they care about. Just because somebody is pro-life doesn’t mean they are obligated to care about every other animal species on this Earth (especially since pro-life refers to abortion, which implies that people who are pro-life are really only pro-human-lives). Likewise, just because a vegetarian cares about the lives of animals does not mean they also must care about the lives of plants, and they are not hypocrites for not doing so. People can differentiate between humans and other species of animals, and animals and plants.

@Expert Textpert you mean that you’re an omnivore right, carnivores only eat meat whereas omnivores eat meat and non-meat. Most human beings are omnivores, a somewhat small population is herbivore or as we know it vegetarian or vegan, and then next to nobody is a carnivore because it’s very unhealthy for a human to eat nothing but meat.
