I think that’s the Stones.
It is. Brian and Keith are easy to spot. Peeve inducing to be sure – for fans of both bands.
To the fountain of perpetual mirth, let it roll for all its worth. And all the children boogie.

Is it a mistake? It’s the Stones doing “The Beatles Jump”.

“The Beatles Jump?” Is that, like, one of those early sixties dance-specific songs like “The Twist?”
I suspect that the site with the video posted has something like that in mind, though I haven’t heard it used that way before.

People who post all that “Only ’90s Kids…” nostalgia garbage. I’ve been gifted/cursed with a much better memory than most people, and I can say with confidence that most of the things that people my age say happened in the ’90s were actually from the early-to-mid 2000’s. It drives me nuts how often those people mis-remember. Also, many times they don’t actually post anything specific to the ’90s. Many times, what those graphics and text really say is “I miss being a kid” and apply no more to a kid of the ’90s than they do to a kid of the ’50s.
I hate nostalgia in general, I think. I’ve got no longing whatsoever for the past. I live in a great time and place.

I definitely agree with you there. Its most annoying when its EVERYWHERE, and people are like “The 90s was sooooo much better than this generation! I HATE THIS GENERATION!!!!!”
That’s another thing I can’t stand: people who think this generation is awful. I mean, every generation has good with bad. You’re probably just looking at all of the bad stuff from this generation, and stopping right there, without even looking at the good

Generations – as indicators of behaviour – don’t believe in them sorry.
Same with me, honestly. Every generation has it’s smart people, and people that just don’t know anything. And plus, just because you were born in the 2000s doesn’t mean you’re dumb, and if you were born in the 1900s doesn’t make you 100% smart. Yes, you may end up smart, but not everybody born in the 20th century is smart, not everybody born in the 2000s is dumb

And since it’s a continuum, using a calendar that not everyone shares, it’s even more problematic.

One of my long list of pet peeves: When motor mouths finally say something that sounds like they’re winding down, and you try to get a word in wedge-wise, and they suddenly barrel ahead and continue talking.
Prompting me to recall that funny line (not sure who coined it): “Please don’t talk while I’m interrupting…”

Never heard of “The Beatles Jump”.
Folk who never shut-up are a constant bugbear of mine. Say it in the least amount of words necessary and then enjoy the quiet.

I was in Aldi today with MamaScruff and I decided to get a 6-pack of crisps, I reached into the box and pulled out what I thought was a multi-pack containing smoky-bacon, cheese and onion, and salt and vinegar- i.e. the perfect combination. So I go home and open the bag look through them and realise
that I’ve just bought a six pack of boring cheese and onion
Well at least I didn’t pick up a 6-pack of ready salted, I probably would have cried.
