Alas I have never been considered ‘cool’ in the conventional sense (much too dorky to be cool).
I will get the b*****d either tomorrow or übermorgen but I will get it!!!

New pet peeve time, here are 3 Guitar Hero/Rock Band pet peeves:
1. Even after Rock Band was released and Guitar Hero World Tour tried to become Rock Band, Guitar Hero never noted when a solo comes in like they do in Rock Band.
2. On the topic of solos, Rock Band often doesn’t label a solo part as a solo, here are 20 examples:
1. Green Day, Welcome To Paradise, Guitar, starts at 2:04
2. Boston, Long Time, Guitar, starts at 7:20
3. Queen, Play The Game, Guitar, only counts first part of it as a solo
4. The Beatles, And Your Bird Can Sing , Guitar
5. The Beatles, Dear Prudence , Guitar, 2 unmentioned solos (one during the “round, round” section and the other during the final verse)
6. Iron Maiden, Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son, Guitar, charted as 3 different solos
7. Queen, Killer Queen, Guitar, charted as 2 different solos with a break in the middle
8. Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, Guitar, starts at 4:43
9. The Beatles, Back In The USSR , section where Paul strums e|17| very fast shouldn’t count as a solo but does
10. The Beatles, Sgt. Pepper ‘s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise), Guitar, outro
3. They have a bass chart for We Will Rock You.

These people don’t piss me off but their disadvantages do:
1. Deaf people (they can’t listen to The Beatles)
2. Blind and deaf people (not just that they can’t listen to The Beatles, they can’t really do anything and they have no easy way of communicating)
3. Left handed guitarists (this includes me, nothing sucks more than walking into a guitar store and only having 2 guitars to choose from)

Actually, this might surprise you but I actually don’t know personally know anybody besides Ron Nasty and Pablo Ramon that I know for a fact were born in 1967, one of the reasons why HMBeatlesfan was born in 1967.I know quite a few people born in 1967!
Who are these people and also, are they similar to HMBeatlesfan or different.

Absolute drivel. Those who are blind and deaf can do a whole load of things and go thru life living it to its fullest, more than likely more fulfilled than a very large percentage who are not. .
There are also a number of ways of communicating outside of speaking even if you are deaf and blind.
Please don’t make such wide ranging statements that are total nonsense

Didn’t he present ‘Going For Gold’ on the BBC for a number of years? Decent quiz it was.

And just how are blind and deaf individuals supposed to live their lives and communicate with others, what do you do when you can’t see or hear anything, it’s not like these people can listen to music, watch TV, take a walk, play sports, or anything of that nature because most things people do involves either sight or hearing, losing one but still retaining the other can make life more challenging, but living is still plausible but lacking both means there isn’t really much to do. For communicating, it’s very hard to do that if you can’t hear or see, I know there’s some complicated ways around it but how do you communicate if this is the case. But considering I am just an average person, I can’t say this stuff as fact but rather as assumption.

Ever heard of Braille, @Dark Overlord?
It is a form of writing using raised dots which allows someone with sight problems to read? Surprisingly, and I found this shocking, your ability to read Braille is in no way affected if you also happen to be deaf.
There are also forms of touch sign language which allows for direct conversation.
Yes, they have a more difficult path learning how to communicate, but once they have learnt somebody who is deaf and blind has no more difficulty in communicating with and experiencing the world about them.
There would be nothing to stop someone who was deaf and blind being a member of this forum without you having any idea unless they chose to reveal that information.

Yeah. If you are blind and deaf your limbs stop working immediately and life is pretty much over. Can’t watch Coronation Street or hear The Beatles, might as well give up on life.
Instead of writing such ignorant garbage use your time to search Google for information. Here is one for starters. Or even better give up some of your time and go and meet some of them to see for yourself how much of a fulfilling life they lead and how they communicate.
I work in Social Care and attitudes and comments such as these really piss me off.

Yes, to cut a long story short, I realised my phone charger had stopped working (with 9% battery), and in my frenzy of trying to fix it, I accidentally pressed submit reply. And I’m at my grandparents’ place, so the computer gets switched on once a day. So, yeah… That’s a pet peeve…
