That is really annoying! It happens a lot since all the original artists have been copy-righted.
My pet peeve is when you find an album you really want in a thrift store and find out that some wicked person has stolen the vinyl out of the jacket.

Offline The fact that George R.R Martin is taking ages to write his new book ‘The Winds of Winter’.
He had the first three books in the ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series written and published in 4 years and they are thought by the vast, vast majority of fans to be Martin at his best standard.
It took him 5 years then to release ‘A Feast for Crows’ which was meh overall and didn’t achieve much.
He then said he’d have ‘A Dance for Dragons’ out a year after ‘Feast’….it took him 5 years to write it, once again it was alright, better than ‘Feast ‘but still meh.
Now we have ‘Winds’ which he said he would have finished by late 2015 to have it out for an early 2016 release which it isn’t going to be and he seems to be taking forever to write it. The longer it takes for him to write the book, the crappier they are (just from looking at ‘Feast’ and ‘Dance’).
‘Winds’ should be setting up all of the plot lines for the inevitable sh*t storm that will be ‘A Dream of Spring’ (if Martin ever gets around to finishing it, that is >.> ). But it seems he’s taking forever, I’d hate to be one of the original fans from 1996 who is still waiting for an end to the damn series.
By now, I’d accept if he finished the first half of ‘Winds’ and published it Now And Then published the second half in 2017.
Just give me something George!!!
