2. There should be a world one child policy for at least a year to control over population.
What happens if someone has twins or triplets or even more-plets, sometimes having multiple children isn’t about having a child and then having one again, sometimes multiple come out at a time.

4. Most of The Beatles’ catalog pre- Help ! is fairly terrible.
While i agree that The Beatles got better with every album until The Beatles, which i think was their best, i wouldn’t say that a song like I’ll Follow The Sun is terrible. In fact, i quite like some of their early stuff.

Also a world wide one child policy has the problem of some countries with negitive growth rates.

I think the inevitability of what would happen if the world got too crowded overrides that problem, @Starr Shine? and @Dark Overlord , that happens very rarely and would obviously be excused since the mother can’t help it. I would probably have a fine for having more than one child.

The overpopulation thing is in part due to ajustements of having health care introduced so people aren’t fully ajusted to the fact that their babies will live.
Note how generations past would have more children on average and a portion of them wouldn’t survive to adulthood.

1. There should be no death penalty.
2. Religion is the root of all evil because it has caused an incalculable amount of deaths and the basis of all of them are the same.
3. Prostitution should be legalized and regulated by the government for to keep the employee and customer safe.
4. I enjoy Life With The Lions .
5. Abortion should be allowed at all times until the child is born.

So the day before birth is fine for abortions?

I’m personally pro life but considering some people are fine with after birth abortions as well as the fact that he said until birth, i’m assuming that Billy Rhythm would be fine with a day before or day of abortion.
I personally believe that we should making abortions less desirable for women by doing stuff such as teaching better ways of safe sex and making birth control more readily available so we can limit abortions, i think that minimizing interest in abortions would be a better idea than just making them illegal because if we make them illegal, women will do it illegally and an unprofessional abortion won’t just kill the baby but also has the potential to hurt the woman as well.

A friend of mine who worked in a pregnancy clinic had much the same opinion from her experience.
Just to slip back to the mandatory voting thing for a second, I will explain why it is a good idea in general:
1. It forces governments to take into account the wishes of those who disagree politically or otherwise with them. In general, whoever wins the centre here wins government. That’s a good thing because then the wishes of the majority are respected.
2. It forces political parties to pay attention to those who it would otherwise discard or deliberately disenfranchise. This is the worst result that I can see from the more relaxed regimes in the US and the UK. In England the South can afford to upset the North. Lately that’s been changing, but despite the efforts of parties not because of them. US friends will know far better how cleverly minorities and the “other side” have their influence minimised by political parties from county level on upwards.
Despite the differences in voting systems, it’s interesting how the movement towards parties other than the majors is increasing here and in the UK and of course Europe has experienced that far longer. Germany for instance has had coalitions across all sorts of political boundaries for decades.

I’m not a big fan of mandatory voting but it gives me a couple of ideas:
1. Only allow members of the supreme court and white house personnel to vote.
2. Have the current president vote for the next one.
3. Have a royal family and have a king or queen, this is how England works and i’ll take Queen Elizabeth II over Donald Trump any day.

I Know that this topic has been dead since August but i want to give out some Opinions of mine
1. I think modern day political correctness is a cancer to our society
2. Hair Metal is pretty awesome
3. Before Trump, our last 4 presidents were boring and mostly forgettable
4. I like the song “Breakfast At Tiffany’s” more than the actual movie
5. The Monkees should totally be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

1. I agree with the principle behind it, but I dislike how it’s killing free speech and encouraging populism.
2. *vomits*
3. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t rate Presidents on how interesting or memorable they are and anyways I would have thought Obama would be pretty memorable considering he was the first black president?
4&5. Fair enough.

Not really how England works I’m afraid. We are a constitutional monarchy meaning we have a monarch as an official head of state, but parliamentary sovereignty (in the absence of a codified constitution like in America) means that Parliament is the supreme authority. Though the Queen’s approval of a bill is part of the Parliamentary approval process, meaning that effectively the Queen can stop any piece of legislation she wants to, which is part of the reason I’m anti-monarchy. A monarch hasn’t done this since 1707, when Queen Anne blocked the Scottish Militias Act, but still.

I agree. Political correctness, like third/fourth wave feminism is something I agree with in principle, yet often dislike the methods used.
Here’s some more controversial opinions:
1. The Doors are overrated.
2. Pop music isn’t nearly as bad as people claim half the time.
3. It’s a good thing that rock is no longer in the mainstream.
4. Morrissey’s unpopularity is largely unfair.

Feminism and political correctness are good at their core, the problem is that they sometimes get out of hand. I’d do a more serious list than my first one but I’m worried that I might offend someone.
