Welcome to one and all.
*agonizes with parlance* I remember having to type “lynx” into a command line to go out on the ‘net back in 1996.

Dial up internet! Although, cable broadband existed by 2004. Damn, I feel old thinking about that and I’m only 23.

Being new, I think this is appropriate to add.
I’ve already posted a few times, but I’m sunshaderain7 (just SunShade for short). My real name’s Alec, and I’ve only been into the Beatles for the past five or so years. I’m not a huge fan of the pre-Rubber Soul albums personally, but I don’t dog them as being crap like some do. My favorite Beatle will always be George, so expect some George bias from me in the future.

Hello everyone! My name is GoodDayTaxman, and my real name is Sebastian. I am only 13, but I have been obsessed with the Beatles, since the day I was born. I’ve lived in NYC since I was born and during my spare time I am often found gaming or listening to The Beatles. My favorite Beatle is John, and if I would have to rank the solo careers in order, this would me my list. (In order from best to worst.)
1. John: If only he had more time D:
2. George: Early solo work is great (as opposed to Dark Horse and the late 80’s.) Should’ve done more with the Traveling Wilburys though.
3. Paul: Not a huge fan of his solo work but it’s ok.
4. Ringo: Photograph was good, but I can’t name any of his other solo work.
One interesting fact about me is that my dad’s mom used to date Ringo before he was with the Beatles (Even though I am a New Yorker, my dad and his family are all from England, so that’s why my grandma was able to date him.) That’s pretty much all there is to say about me, so I will end here.

I suppose I should follow suit and introduce myself! I grew up with The Beatles but only recently established fandom. Suffice it to say I am now infatuated, and appreciate them more than I could have as a boy, anyway. Many of their songs resonate strong, personal meaning for me, and my sentimentality towards their music only continues to grow. What can I say? I’m a Beatlemaniac.
I didn't know what I was missing.

Hello Beatle people, walrusgumboot here…I’ve posted a bit but haven’t properly introduced myself so….I live in the woods of middle Tennessee USA with my 13 year old son, who also has excellent taste in music-his current top 3 being A Hard Days Night, I Am The Walrus & Drive My Car ….My first memory, at the tender age of 3 1/2, was seeing The Beatles on Ed Sullivan, Feb. ’64, and my three older sisters completely losing their minds. And I’ve loved them ever since. Thanks Joe, for a totally fab website. Cheers.

Glad you joined us. I grew up right outside of Memphis in a suburb just inside the Mississippi state line.
