Hi all! Another new one to the forum, so here's my introduction.
I first got into the Beatles via my dad; he grew up with them, and we always had their vinyls lying around the house. The first experience I can remember would be listening to A Hard Day's Night on CD on repeat in my room and singing along (I particularly liked Tell Me Why ). The first song I memorized all the words to was I've Just Seen a Face, and I felt especially proud as I found it quite fast and tongue-twisting (I was probably around 6 at the time). Ringo was my favourite; I found him so adorable, especially when I saw the movies Help ! and A Hard Day's Night for the first time.
But as I got older, I drifted away from the Fabs, and actually from music altogether. It wasn't until last year, when they finally came onto iTunes, and my family and I watched the Live at The Hollywood Bowl concert that iTunes was showing, that I found myself singing along, and remembering forgotten riffs etc etc. I set about rediscovering them, and fell in love again. This time, I have to say I'm a Macca fan, but I love all of them.
Sorry for the long intro, I'm sure I'm going to love it here!
And I love the smileys!

Thanks guys! And skye, it's so hard to pick a favourite (ask me again next week and it will have definitely changed), but right now I would either I'm Looking Through You, I'll Be Back, or Oh! Darling

I still find it fast and tongue-twisting.

Ah girrrl, *sharp inhale*, welcome to the forum!
You've been waiting for someone with “girl” in her name to come on, haven't you?
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

Well my favorite album.. it's really hard to say. When I started in the forum it was Rubber Soul /Revolver , but then I moved to Revolver /Abbey Road and now it's Revolver /Abbey Road /Magical Mystery Tour . It's hard to say.
Right now I'm in a massive John kick. I'm in love with Plastic Ono Band. (the album, not the band per se )

After downloading the Paul McCartney multitracks I'm in love with Band On The Run now. Especially without the vocals…

I love that song, too. My favorite part is the guitar intro right before the Well the rain exploded with a mighty crash as we fell into the sun bit.
Favorite Starbucks drink: Chai, baby, Chai.
