Ciao All
I was just looking for some Beatle merch one day at work (on my down time of course) when i ran into this site and forum which was pretty awesome to me as a Beatle fan. Im 24 from delaware, working in a call center, ive always had the Beatles music around in one form or another with my mom and aunts growing up in the 1960s, so i knew alot of the popular songs but was never really that into them. In 2007 i became a huge fan, my mother who goes to nyc alot invited me and my aunt to go with her. While she and her friends went shopping me and my aunt who rarely talk got to hang out. i knew about john lennon so i wanted to go to strawberry fields, we went there and had a long deep talk, all the while about 2 benches down an older man was playing on a small guitar and singing the most pleasant lyrics i had heard, he kept playing this song repeating the same 2 verses over and over along with imagine which i already knew about. when i got home i googled the lyrics i remembered to what turned out to be not only my favorite beatles song but my favorite song period, 'In My Life ', the lyrics just took me away. The next day i bought Rubber Soul followed by every other album here and there, and now just starting to get the anthology collection which i love. ive gone to strawberry fields every year since for johns bday and memorial of his passing, which this past year was amazing especially on his bday.
My favorite beatle is john, his songs i can relate to the most as a beatle and as a solo artist. i love his courage to wear his feelings on his sleeve and just think he is a very interesting person. i love paul, ringo, and george as well, george and jimi are my favorite guitarists of all time. my favorite albums are revolver, help, and Rubber Soul but that could easily change by tomorrow. my favorite songs are, in my life, blackbird, rain, something, hide your love away, Across The Universe , real love, girl, here there & everywhere and many more to list but those just my favs off the top of my head.

That is a really nice introduction story. I am uber jealous that you’ve been to all those birthday/Dec. 8 gatherings in Strawberry Fields! That’s a dream of mine. I am planning to move to NYC at the end of the summer, though, so I will finally get to go this October! Eeeeee!

Hi, NowhereDude! (AWESOME NAME!) I'm MeanMrs.Mustard, but you don't have to type it out. You can call me MMM, triple M, M³, M3, 3M, M-girl, MrsM, MMMustard, or anything else you want to come up with. I tend to randomly shout out “(insert name here)! I love you!” when someone says or does something awesome. I'm sure the other Fab Forumers will warn you of their own idiosyncrasies in time.
In the meantime, here's an apple. We give them to people who are new, do something awesome, or are in need of comfort. Apples are like our form of currency/awesome points.
One last thing: If you see a *9*, *17*, *(1+1)+1*, *1+(1+1)*, or any other Beatles-related number, it means that's what they got in their sums to post.
If I seem to act unkind, it's only me, it's not my mind that is confusing things.

Welcome! I don't have any cool nicknames. I'm just Paulrus.
Another apple on the house
Nothing to watch out for for me, except for Kanyes. Hmm, I haven't done one of those in a while…
A good place to go if you want to decipher our language is the Zigtionary:

That'll explain all the phrases we use. Not that there are that many, but it'll help

Welcome, NowhereDude!
An apple, pre-sliced, so you don't have to run around this virtual house looking for a virtual knife to virtually cut this virtual apple in virtually half. If you know what I mean.
I like to ramble. One of my many many great points, which also include…
hari_girl asks: what do you think of eminem's grammy nomination?
george_harrison_live: What's eminem?
george_harrison_live: aren't they chocolates or something?

'Ello! I just happened to stumble across this forum when I googled “You know you're a Beatles fan when…” and I thought it looked pretty… fab. Well, let's see… to introduce myself… besides the Beatles I LOVE acting, playing piano (I got the full scores for Christmas so I'm currently learning Lady Madonna and Martha My Dear ), writing, etc. Oh, and I love these smileys. I'm definitely gonna be overusing 'em. I guess that's it for now. Hai thar.
Got stuck in America after I turned left at Greenland :/

Oh hai. Be sure to post a video once you've mastered Lady Madonna and Martha My Dear .
Ad hoc, ad loc, and quid pro quo! So little time! So much to know!

Oh, I love Googling this site. It's one of my hobbies. I've never tried that search, though.

Should have posted in here first.
I'm Matt. How are you? Good. Nice to meet you.
It's great to find somewhere to talk about the Beatles in so much detail with people who understand what it's like to be infatuated with everything about them, (not romantic feelings obviously, I like the gerls!)
Well obviously I soak up the Beatles 24/7 with obsession! I've played in Beatle bands (mainly as George) and would lvoe to make a living of tributing the greatest group to walk the planet.
Every word to every song known (as with most people here I'm sure), seen the films umpteen imes, you know the story!
greatest experience was going to see Paul McCartney live at the Isle of WightFestival 2010, waited 10 hours without food, drink or toilet breaks to remain at the front, just feet away, only time, I've ever been starstruck. Incredible
Any if you want to know more just ask!
I would love to reply to you all personally but I just haven't enough pens!
We hope you've enjoyed listening to our records, as much as we've enjoyed melting them!

Unfortunately not as he was the very last act on stage of the festival as he was headlining, and by then my camera had run out of battery. all i got was poor quality phone footage of him coming on to the stage with his band, and you can't really tell it's him and it's shaky and loud cus I was shouting and waving!
