Hi All!
My dad introduced me to the Beatles as a preteen and I was hooked. Shortly after, John Lennon was killed and he took me to the vigil in Central Park all the way from the suburbs of Philly. I’ll never forget that.
Today I live in Cali and I’m an art, mindfulness and yoga teacher. I do a lot of art workshops online. I recently took my daughter to Strawberry Fields in Central Park (my daughter hears me play The Beatles all the time.)
So glad to be here!

Hello! I made an account for this site because I use this website extensively for a huge Beatles project I’ve been working on for over a year, + I was bored so I made one.
I’ve had a very unhealthy addiction to the Beatles for a few years now, here’s some beatle-info about me:
My favorite Beatle is George.
My favorite album is Abbey Road .
My favorite song is I Want You (She’s So Heavy).
My favorite solo career is Paul.
Favorite solo album is All Things Must Pass
I have a rather big collection of Beatles & solo records. (I actually just ordered a new one today)

No, no, no. You have a *healthy* addiction to the Beatles. Don’t let anyone tell you else wise!
Glad you found this site to guide you in your addiction
What was the big project you worked on so diligently, @evanorsomething909?

A bit of background info is needed, There is an internet trend called Iceberg Charts.
Iceberg Charts are an information format for Facts, Events, Theories & Trivia about a certain subject, where an image of an iceberg is divided into tiers & different things known as ‘Entries’ are sorted into each tier by how well known they are, with the most popular/well known things at the top & the farther you look down the image the more obscure, scary or weird they get. & at the bottom is the truly scary & weird things.
Around August last year I started work on a Beatles one (mostly because all of The Beatles related one’s I found weren’t that good) & I constantly use this website for finding sources & entry ideas. I’ve probably spent dozens of hours searching on this site.
An average size for Iceberg Charts are usually 70-100 entries, but currently mine is in the 850’s, with 100’s of more stuff I haven’t even added yet.
I can share the Image if you want me to! (I’m sorry if this is formatted weird or anything, I’m still getting used to the typing/making posts on this website)

The image is too big to fit on the post so I’m sorry about that.
& Here’s a version of it with clickable links & explanations!
I hope you all enjoy it! I’m still working on it & some things need to be put in different layers but I’m still proud of how it currently is.
(Also just because a theory or rumor is on the iceberg doesn’t mean I believe it, I just think it’s interesting enough to warrant being on it)

Hi, I’m a Beatles fan. Used to be exclusively a Paul fan but have learned to appreciate John’s contributions (and if George never did anything else but Something he’d be worthy; and love Ringo).
My nick is an anagram of “Beatles” — my avatar is a picture of an actual sea belt, which apparently is some kind of brown algae also known as “sugar kelp” (biological taxonomy name: Saccharina latissima ). Speaking of which, sea belts would fit in in or around the Octopus’s Garden .

Welcome to our happy forum, @Sea Belt! Did you already know about sea belts or did you look them up after you worked out the anagram?

Yeah I never heard of sea belts before! I came up with the anagram and Googled it, figuring it would just tell me I misspelled “seat belt” and lo and behold…

Hello, I’m Neely (I go by my last name because I hate my first name due to….. reasons). My mom always told me “The Beatles aren’t all that great” but then I found a copy of Let It Be in my shed when I moved into this new house and I play that record like 3 times a day someone please help me. I’m going to try to get the White Album , Revolver , and Abbey Road soon because they are my other favourite Beatles records. I have to hide that I like The Beatles from like everyone so I decide to live an open life on this forum. My favourite Beatle is John, I don’t know why. Or is it Paul.. or Ringo. Oh my god I can’t decide. I genuinely just don’t like George though, and guess what? I DON’T KNOW WHY!
I hope ya’ll don’t hate me… for whatever reason. People always find a reason.
Love,
Neely

Welcome to the forum, @Neely.
Abbey Road , the White Album , Revolver and Let It Be are four albums that I rate very highly.
I’m concerned that you feel you have to hide that you like the Beatles, and I hope this forum is helpful for you.
