Glad to have you here, @Rube. Did your parents love the Beatles or did Beatlemania skip a generation in your family?

Thank you @Ahhh Girl.
Yes, my parents have always loved The Beatles. My Dad has some books and albums. My twin sister and my brother who is 12 years old are also huge fans.

Hello everyone, I have been a huge fan of The Beatles since I was 12. I was born in London, but moved to Oxford when I was over a year old. They did many great songs, but my favourites are ‘In My Life ‘, ‘Here, There And Everywhere ‘, ‘Something ‘ and ‘With A Little Help From My Friends ‘. All their albums are great, but my favourite is ‘Revolver ‘. I am also a big fan of their solo work, in fact I have listened to every solo album.
Good choice. Revolver is great. Welcome, @Rube.

Hi there! I was born 4/1/92, and I’ve been a Beatle baby all my life. For this, I have the pleasure of thanking my uncle, who was the real Beatlemaniac in our family, and my father’s album collection. While I’ve grown up with all sorts of wonderful music from all genres but especially rock and roll in my life, The Beatles have always been what I’ve heard more often than anything else, or anything Beatle-related, especially the lads’ solo works as well. I grew up with a bootlegged VHS of Yellow Submarine , from before the 1999 release, and so on. So I have always, ALWAYS, adored their work.
I have the music, a bit of merch, the books that I personally consider to be the best and most truthful, and a lot of concert videos and DVDs, both official and bootleg. My absolute favorite part of the collection is of everything Anthology related. And the Peter Jackson documentary is the biggest one I’ve personally been waiting for, and am so excited, the remaining three months until then is almost torture!
Besides my love of the lads, of rock and roll, and music as a whole (just to experience, because I am not a musician myself); my hobbies are books, watching TV and movies (and analyzing them as part of appreciating them), video games, writing, and surfing the Web.

Welcome, @Toxic34! You used “was” when referring to your uncle. I suppose that means you’ve lost him. At least he gave you a great treasure – a firm grounding in Beatles love.

I’m also looking forward to the Get Back documentary series and Let It Be anniversary releases.
I enjoy reading books, watching TV, films, writing and surfing the web as well.
Thanks for that. I also have something I’ve been working on, in the Pimp My Stuff section: https://www.beatlesbible.com/f…..w/#p367427
