Hi all. I was a member on here a few years back, but fell out of it due to personal issues. I’m back, and I’ve grown a little, and I’m gonna try to be more active, seeing as The Beatles are my favorite band of all time.
A little backstory: I’m 24, and I’ve always loved The Beatles; from the time I was a very young lad, until today, I consider them to be the greatest rock band ever, and definitely the most important in terms of popular music and culture. I play music as well; I’ve played guitar for the past 14 years, and dabbled in all instruments, even though my first love is the drums thanks to Ringo, though I’m not nearly as good as I am on the guitar.
I hope to rekindle my interest in all things Beatles. For a teaser, I plan on updating my Song by Song reviews of each Beatles album, and I also have an essay I’m working on regarding the therapeutic factor of each Beatles’ first post-breakup solo record. Sounds confusing? Not so much.

Hey all, just thought i’d post a quick introduction. I’m 22 and only started listening to the Beatles (properly) last summer. Since then I’ve bought all of their albums, seen all of the films and delved into the Beatles story. It’s fair to say that they’ve taken a place as one of my favourite bands, alongside the likes of Radiohead, the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Pink Floyd and Led Zep. To get it out of the way, my favourite Beatles album is currently Sgt Peppers (with Revolver just behind) and my favourite song (and favourite song in general) is A Day In The Life .
You like Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Jimi Hendrix, and Led Zeppelin. I approve.
