Offline I am very new to the forums here but um okay this is my slightly lame story.
Paul McCartney is the only reason I like music. Not because any other music sucks or anything. But without Paul McCartney I wouldn’t like music as much as I do.
In fact, when my mom first introduced me to the Beatles, we watched A Hard Day’s Night . I didn’t really like any of the music until And I Love Her came on. It was in that moment that I fell in love with the group and that was when I realized how great music could be.
My dad always taught me things about how music was crap and I believed it. But suddenly I opened up.
There’s a reason why Paul is my favorite Beatle. And that right there is the reason.

Offline Welcome (missed you on the intro thread), and very nice story. Don’t believe stories of how crappy music is; there’s a world full of great music (though there definitely IS bad music out there), and the Beatles are perhaps the best place to start getting into it!
