Just got home… cuz after the gig we went out for ice cream and yakked for like two hours lol… but it went great! Much better than I thought, which I knew it probably would, but we’ve been practicing under less than pleasant conditions, shall we say, and I guess I kinda forgot how much fun performing is, and we pulled everything off nicely and had a grand jam. I did hear from the viewers at home that our audio was very patchy, but as far as our perspective went we had a great time 
Will post setlist tomorrow if anyone is interested; I’m going to bed.

Offline Glad it went well! Sorry i couldn’t be there, i forgot i had a dentist appointment…
Thankfully she’s pretty happy with my teeth, but apparently I need a small filling

Offline I got a fairly popular YouTuber to talk about one of my posts on his subreddit in one of his videos. As someone who’s fairly antisocial, it’s a weird combination of joy and discomfort to hear one of my favorite YouTubers say my username and then reaffirm one of my posts that i had made on his subreddit.
BTW, if you were curious, the post was about the sad truth that a vaccine won’t be enough to end the pandemic (at least in the United States) due to a combination of the large amount of people unwilling to get the vaccine and the vaccine likely only being about 70-75% effective.

Offline Apologies for not being around for the past few weeks, I have been revising for the final examinations of my previous semester. I am happy to say that I am completely done with the semester, and is currently on a 1.5 months semester break. In short, you can expect me to be much more active from here onwards. Happy to be back again.

Got off early from work today because my store was hit in a drive by shooting. Its still hard to believe. Beyond f****d. Just me and one customer in the shop. Window gets blown out with a loud bang. Both of us were unharmed. Most f****d up thing that’s ever happened to me. I don’t like to say it but this is one of those times I have to turn to the bottle.

Offline thanks everybody for the well wishes. Its really been some time since I’ve gotten on a heavy Beatles kick, now seems like a perfect time. I don’t feel good at all. I didn’t sleep well and I can’t stop thinking about it. Had some trouble breathing which got me freaked out about the virus. Need to just relax and let my favorite band wash it all away.

Just heard about the incident. That’s crazy. One of those things that comes out of nowhere and don’t expect to happen to you. I absolutely would be contemplative afterwards. Unwinding to music is a good idea – hope you start to feel better.

Offline I can’t even fathom how traumatic that must have been SWR. Being from the UK, this is a situation that so rarely enters my mind, which is actually such a privilege.
I do know what it’s like to have one of those life changing moments, where a seemingly idle day turns into a devastating one. I hope you start to feel more at ease in the next few days and weeks.

Offline Got up at 1.30 to watch DC Fandome all this morning.
My highlights: Keaton confirmed to return in Flashpoint (via a concept art). Affleck’s appearing in it too. The Batman trailer with Pattinson looks incredible. Zack Snyder’s JL looks incredible too. Great time to be a Bat fan, @sir walter raleigh Got to go to bed earlier tonight.
Work tomorrow, but this week will be fine. “Don’t you know it’s gonna be alright.”
