Offline There’s been quite a bit of change happening with me lately.
Firstly, I’ve graduated now, I think! It feels a bit odd already, though I don’t think the magnitude of it has really sunk in yet. I’m considering post-secondary, as well as what kind of job I’d like to look for, but I’m most definitely waiting a while to actually do anything.
Also, I’m moving house fairly soon. Although I suppose the new place is apparently quite a bit larger, it’s not a particularly nice change for me; I’m quite sad about it and I’m really not interested in living anywhere else. I’ve lived in my current house for over a decade now, and I’ve grown up in it. It’s all kind of hard to take in, but then again, I usually don’t do too well with changes regardless of the scale.

Offline The emergency room doctor just sent my mother-in-law to the Intensive Care Unit. She had a Hemorrhagic stroke. She can only have visitors in ICU between 8 am – 8 pm. At least Ohhh Boy can come home and get some sleep. It is 1:53 am here. He hasn’t had much sleep during the past 48 hours.

Speaking of bad health in the family, my grandfather was admitted to hospital last week, and from what i understand, after a biopsy during a procedute to drain his lung of fluid, he probably has lung cancer.
Ive had enough of lung cancer for one year – my grandmother died of it in January!

Offline Sadly enough, I was also notified yesterday of shockingly bad news as well, as my oldest of two uncles passed away some days ago. He lived some hours away and had drug and health issues from a long time ago, he just had gotten clean years ago but you know this things happen, his heart wasn’t strong enough. Aged 58, and we won’t even get to see him before his cremation (permits to go on long trips aren’t available to us yet). Before he moved far from us I knew him closely so the news were hard on me too, even if I hadn’t seen him in years. My father of course is devastated. I hope the rest of you are doing okay.
He used to come to family reunions and play the guitar, even if he struggled with singing, he didn’t care and did it anyway. These were the two he played the most:
You can imagine how the latter is hitting me right now… He grew up in the 70s with my dad, both big Pink Floyd fans and riders of the whole rock wave. He was one of the first people who I talked about Sgt. Pepper with (or as he called it “Sargento Pepper”) which he owned and worshipped, big music fan. Thought I’d give him a mention on here. Rest in peace, Gabriel Bufarull, I just told the guys at BB bout you.

Offline Good grief, 2020 just keeps getting shittier and shittier. Sending all the to @Ahhh Girl and @The Hole Got Fixed I hope your mother-in-law and grandfather will be okay and @Jules – I can only imagine that Pink Floyd is gonna take on a whole new level of melancholia for you.
And @WeepingAtlasCedars I can relate, I haaaaaate changes and my family has been talking about how we’re going to have to move at some point for probably almost a decade now and I’ve only just gotten myself to not hate the idea but I’m sure I won’t enjoy the process either when we do get round to it 
so I send you Zeppelations of rambling energy to hopefully help you not be quite so averse to change Pack your hopes inside a matchbox, you know it’s time to fly

Offline I was talking to someone via email earlier this year, and they stopped responding. I gave it a while and sent another message, and again no reply. The last message I sent was probably two months ago. IMO they did reply by ignoring me. And it hurts, but I should just move on, as any other message will likely be ignored too. Thoughts?
