Another happy Xmas vacation done, and currently travelling from visiting my sister/neice/bro-in-law/+dog and family in Northern Ontario, to home in Southern Ontario, via the shortcut through Michigan.
Currently: at the northernmost point of the Lower Peninsula, stopping for lunch and $10 free in introductory gambling money at the Odawa Casino…I don’t care for gambling m’self but Mom Bontee likes the slots, so it’s all good. Heard “Revolution ” on the PA, but the Beatles didn’t help my luck any. 🙁

Offline Hi Forumpudlians! I’ve been offline for about a week because I’ve been on vacation visiting my grandparents over Christmas, so happy belated Christmas Beatle people! I’m also pleasantly surprised and relieved that this particular visit to my grandparents hasn’t resulted in a huge mess of family drama, as it has in years past. I still have to finish up some homework before I get back from winter break, but I’ve just been procrastinating on the Beatles Bible and listening to All Things Must Pass on repeat on my new turntable. As for my math benchmark, I got a 66% on it, which may cause me to repeat the class next year
, but there is still a chance that I will pass the class, fingers crossed.
I hope that everyone got a chance to rest over the holidays, 2019 has been rough. Feel better soon to all of the ill Forumpudlians!

Offline Congrats @50yearslate ! That’s a big achievement. 
Also, stay safe @JW OBoogie , those fires don’t look good.
I just got blue light blocking glasses so I might be able to do my schoolwork now without getting a massive headache by my third class. This year has been pretty difficult school-and-health-wise, so hopefully the glasses will help.
Lastly, if I don’t get a chance to log on, happy 2020 everyone! I’m on Eastern Standard/NYC time, so it’s about noon here.
Let’s hope that 2020 fixes 2019

Offline Less than half hour in London. Less than 15 minutes to a Zoom chat with AG so she can see in the New Year at her 6pm rather than stay up till her midnight.

Offline I have queued up The Dark Side of the Moon and Heathen (David Bowie) to listen to leading up to midnight, at which point I shall play ‘Ding Dong Ding Dong ‘, and in order to time it just right I am just now waiting to commence the listening at 10:25 (leaving an extra couple of minutes to be sure of completing my listening).
