Part of one of my tooth has completely fallen away leaving a very sharp remnant which I’m trying to keep covered by sugar-free chewing gum until the morning when the dental surgery opens.
The reality of someone at work putting a number of stipulations on what I am allowed to ask in conversation, I’ve also now said all contact outside of work is stopped. We say next to nothing as I have no idea what’s permitted and can’t be bothered with rules. I have a large portion of the blame in this and, with no chance of repair, my attitude is gradually becoming screw it all. No fix is possible.

On 12 August, Beatlebug quoted
@QuarryMan as having said
How long’s the drive, @Beatlebug ?
About four hours? Five? I’m not sure, it’s pretty long. It’s further west than our usual stomping ground which I’ve referenced here before. We might switch out at some point.
Update: I drove all the way there. And back. I’m whacked.
It was beautiful there, though, and I had fun listening to Graceland, Physical Graffiti, Brainwashed, and others whilst I drove. (Good driving music, 10/10 would recommend)

Sleeping a lot, or far too much, which means my health is off. Basically, I have been going to work then sleeping most of the next day. Was put on a new med a while back due to having almost no vitamin D which was thought to be the cause but it hasn’t done anything. Have a review on Friday so will discuss it there.
Off to Glasgow for the day soon and head to Dundee tomorrow so hopefully the sleep has been of use.

I saw ‘Once Upon A Time In Hollywood’ and it’s a damn fine film. Like most Tarantino films it will no doubt only improve with repeated viewings.
I cannot remember the context of why but I’m sure the name Ann Margret appeared on screen at one point and I wonder if it was was it the same Ann-Margret as
which led to
And I’m convinced a billboard for Ringo’s ‘Candy’ film was visible in the background.

First day back to class this semester (I missed the actual first day last week, oooops). I am not ready for summer break to be over (especially as it’s still like ninety degrees F outside) and I always hate the beginning of semester anyway, utterly hectic figuring out where and what and how your classes are and textbooks and I never plan ahead for anything. first world problems

I don’t start till next Monday. I’m gonna be going to College though. First semester. New experience. A little nervous, having not gone to proper school in 2 years.
Also I have a job interview later today. Wish me luck.

School day 4 (I was sick last week) and I already fell down from my bicycle on my way to school. I mean I don’t blame the woman for turning too slow to the right, considering it was a crowdy morning (and as much as my elbow hurt I don’t think she deserved to be called idiot), but that experience scared me, though I don’t know which day I will take the bus or train indstead.
And honestly I don’t get why the majority of cyclists here in Copenhagen don’t wear helmets. Especially after that accident I don’t get it.

Hello again. Don’t worry, I’m not dead yet (to the best of my knowledge). Lots of Stuff has been happening lately, so I might not be around as much as usual, but fear not, I am still as obsessed as ever. My school starts tomorrow, which will certainly add its own challenges, but right now I’m trying not to think about that.
On the bright side, I found a fully functional record player at a garage sale, and I am now the owner of seven records (Revolver , Sgt. Pepper , Magical Mystery Tour , Abbey Road , Living In The Material World , Imagine , and Shaved Fish). Once I photograph them extensively, I will obsess over them in the proper thread. In a couple months, my family will be dragged to my grandparents’ house (which will definitely be interesting, but we can only be happy we didn’t end up going there for Thanksgiving). The only good thing that will come of this is the chance to look through my mom’s old records (she has the White Album , Let It Be , Extra Texture , Double Fantasy , Band On The Run , Tug Of War , and Pipes Of Peace , most of which she barely listened to!).
I have also decided to change my profile avatar thing in an attempt to win at more biscuit mafia games, because I don’t think my old one was doing me any favors.

@Capri, I recently ordered this book for my library: Copenhagenize: The Definitive Guide to Global Bicycle Urbanism. However, I don’t see bicycling ever catch on really big where I live. I’m not riding 18.5 miles each way (that is if I take the interstate) to and from work in 90-110 degree weather (or -3 to 32 degree weather either). Everything is just too spread out. I even told @Ron Nasty during our last chat that I don’t think autonomous vehicles will catch on out here – at least in my lifetime.

@QuarryMan how be the doggo?(I tried to @tt Coltrane at first— silly me )
The doggo had the MOST wonderful time Mostly because she got to swim in the sea like 8 times, but also because we had a barbecue one night and she was able to steal the food that fell off our plates
