Just finished studying for science test tomorrow. One of my friends is moving a couple of weeks and I’m sad, I was really getting into Queen with her. I’m rehearsing for another play in drama, and rehearsing for three upcoming concerts in chorus. oooh, it’s a busy season for me!

Imagine you’re driving these guys around.
Precious cargo. Be careful out there.
Outrunning screaming hordes of fans would be a perfect first solo drive

I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.

I have been mainly on enforced bed rest this week after this bug I’ve had trouble shaking decided it wasn’t shaken yet.
Doctor came out Tuesday for a home visit, was a bit worried it still hadn’t gone, and that my blood pressure was through the roof, what with my dodgy heart, didn’t like that I was on my own, and so stuck me in a hospital bed.
Got discharged this evening, once they’d confirmed the surgery nurse could pop in tomorrow and Monday.
Definitely feeling better.

Nurse has been in to check on my blood pressure, etc. Neighbour’s giving me a lift down the shop in 15 minutes so I can get some money and a bit of shopping, which is a great help as I wasn’t sure I was making the shop today.

Someone here needs to give me a massive amount of money so I can continue to sit around and do nothing all day far away from home and work and not have to worry about bills and money. It would give you a humungous feeling of goodwill if you did so don’t delay. Don’t worry about me getting bored of it eventually, I’m happy to promise that will never happen so get sending that PM and huge fat cheque.

I feel you. I would never tire of that either. As Ringo said in an interview, he’d be happy to sit around like a blob because then there’d be no worries. Worries suck.

But an interesting question:
In order to relax, don’t you need something to relax from? The concept of boredom is one of not doing something, so wouldn’t you sit around, content with no worries, but bored out of your brain? Having a job gives you something to do, which prevents boredom?
This is all quite philosophical but a question worth asking…

No. I could see out my days in the middle of nowhere as long as I had something to do each day, however meaningless and pointless, and I don’t mean work or responsibilities.
I find life quite pointless anyway and no job or endlessly being around people will change that.
