Offline I’ve only really had one proper panic attack. I was dancing at a céili when I was about 11 (yes I am really cool, thanks for asking) when all of a sudden I just couldn’t breathe. I was bent over thinking I was dying, just trying to grab breaths and nobody bloody noticed. I had to stumble over to an attendant and go “I *pant* can’t *pant* breathe *pant*!!!! They grabbed me and brought me outside and within a few minutes I was fine.
Most terrifying experience of my life, I genuinely thought I was dying, and to die at a céili would be the most depressing thing ever.
Since then I’ve never really liked large group dances which is why clubs and large parties and stuff are not my scene. I get really flushed and hot, and keep looking for the exit- not very nice.

Offline Oh no!!! Yeh, that’s a panic attack for ya. I usually get ’em after some kind of negative interaction with humans. I get freaked out, cry, and feel faint. My friends pat me until i’m better.
