Yeah. It’s easy to complain when you are swamped with tasks at work that all need to be done and it is complete chaos but I find that more enjoyable than when there is nothing to do at all.

Couldn’t sleep last night because I was way too hot. About half-four I decided I needed to take something off to cool down…
…so now I’m bald again! The annual summer shearing has been performed!

Agree, time passes quicker. When there’s nothing to do it’s like we may as well stay home. Oh well.

Currently “enjoying” a power cut. Have been for about twenty minutes, so far.

Have been trying to enjoy Ringo’s birthday today, though I’ve had to deal with an anniversary of something I’d rather not have happened.
Good news, though: My report card is out, and my marks are all good and satisfactory.

Would you be saying that if her marks were below C level? It would still be true technically.

You’re in the wrong part of the South @Ahhh Girl. A big, beautiful cold front came through where I live a couple days ago and now it feels like September. It’s insane.

I bought 100% dark chocolate yesterday as I love dark chocolate and this is as pure as you can get. Gave it out at work and the feedback from all who tried it was deeply negative, one staff member being sick within 30 minutes.
It is only possible to eat a very small amount at a time as it is very bitter.

Yay, another dark chocolate fan. When I was younger it used to give me stomach aches but I can handle it a lot better now. I don’t know if I could stomach 100% but it’s not unusual to see me chomping 87% dark chocolate. It satisfies the chocolate cravings whilst stopping me from eating 600 calories worth of it, like milk chocolate.

It’s really quite bitter as it has nothing added to sweeten the taste but I really like it. You can only take a few pieces at a time but, as you say, it’s much better for you as a very very small amount (i had three pieces the size of 3 regular chocolate buttons and that’s plenty) is far better than a whole box of Maltesers, and there is less added crap. The highest % I’d eaten previously was 85% and that was gone within 30 minutes.
The packet cost £6 from Hotel Chocolate, but it will last for ages as it’s a good size so will work out cheaper than packs/bars of other chocolates.
I love dark chocolate, preferring it over all other types, and still lament the death of the Dark Mars bar.

Dark chocolate is my drug of choice and 95% is my preferred dealer. I’ve had straight-up cacao powder too (don’t breathe it).

Completely agree that dark chocolate is the best. Unfortunately we tend to not have really dark chocolate in the cupboard, but milk chocolate is the silliest invention imo.
Dark chocolate gets quite a bad rap from a lot of people, but I don’t mind – more for me.

Final exams and other similar academic burdens always require complete sartorial magnificence on my part, as moral support. Today was no exception and I think I look dandier than the Beatles in their fresh-pressed Epstein suits. A nice vest and tie does wonders for my constitution

Oh, no. After some Googling (we don’t use a letter system here), my marks would almost all be above a C level.

The latter, although the former is on my mind as well.
On the topic of dark chocolate: It’s really the best kind, especially with marzipan in it (mmmmm, Ritter Sport ).

I found a keyboard on the curb that someone was going to throw out and the funny part is that when i took it home and plugged it in IT ACTUALLY WORKED. The reason they threw it out is probably because they didn’t realize that it requires a center negative power supply.
