Guitar or bass? (Or drums) I learnt it on bass quite quickly but I played guitar before I played bass so I was used to the pain.
I know some of the bass riff (the main riff during the verses), and the whole guitar part. I aim to learn the rest of the bass riff too.

If you guys ever meet up and jam you’ll know what song to play first.
That would be very cool.
In fact, part of the reason I learnt it was because QuarryMan mentioned it a few pages back, and I thought, as a card-carrying Muser, I should probably know it, since it is a great riff song.

Congratulations to your sister @Necko! Here Comes The Sun is such a beautiful choice to play at the end of the ceremony.
Today, I’ve arrived at home from Italy, where I spent the last week travelling around the North with two friends. We have seen so many things – Venice and Verona were probably the highlights and in the latter location, we have even seen an opera in a huge amphitheatre that was unbelievably great, I’ve never seen such a good opera with so sublime singers in my life.
Since this was the first time we all travelled all alone without any adults, we are still quite inexperienced and naive and therefore we made the horrible mistake to check into the cheapest hotels we could find ignoring the quality in order to save money. That resulted in a situation where one of us had to sleep in the bathroom because there was not enough space in the other room for three people. Unfortunately, my friend knows exactly where my weak point is and asked me whether as a Beatles fan I wouldn’t want to follow John’s example he gave in Norwegian Wood . I was so proud of her that she remembered the lyrics that well (after all, I’ve introduced her to Rubber Soul ) that I indeed crawled off to sleep in the bath. Oh well, one of us had to do it!
The fact, that we still had a terrific time despite quite a few complications in finding a place to sleep and missing last trains and whatever else happened, proved once again that I have awesome friends. I should tell my friends more often how great they are.
But the good thing is that I can start accomplishing this resolution right away: You’re all awesome! And although my days were crammed with things to do, I thought of you a lot, especially when I saw people with Beatles shirts.

That’s so cool, i sure wish you had pictures to show us because I’ve never been to Italy before. Also, i’m surprised your parents let you go to another country without an adult, my parents didn’t even trust me home alone until i was 14.

Well, technically, I’m an adult now by European law but given how childish I am, I’m not sure whether it counts.
Regarding the pictures, I have taken a few of the landscapes and the opera and everything but I’m hesitant to show them here on the main page because, well, after all, every single person in the world could see them and I don’t feel too comfortable with this thought but if you want, I can PM you some so you can get an impression @Dark Overlord.

My tooth is a bit weird which doesn’t delight me.
Other than that, and more significant too probably: I’m about to start the next stage of school, as I’m done with the mandatory by law education in Sweden it’s time for something called gymnasium, where you get to choose a bit more what to study. Personally I choose to read the natural science line but with art added to it. Normally you don’t have art lessons unless you focus completely on esthetics and don’t get as high/much of a math/science/other courses. But thanks to doing some art exams, where I turned in a painting of an Octopus’s Garden among other things, and good grades, I’m in! And oh boy it’s very exciting and super awesome!

Congratulations for getting accepted for the added art lessons and good luck on your new school! Science and arts is the perfect mixture, really!

Slightly off topic, but if someone said that if you didn’t go to sleep in one hour they would kill you, could you fall asleep?

Depends on whether i think they’re being serious or not, sometimes someone telling you that they’re going to kill you just means that they’re really pissed off at you. If i think they’re not actually going to kill me, then i’ll brush it off like it’s nothing but if i think he’s actually being serious, depending on my mood i’ll either charge at him, make a run for it, fall asleep, pretend to fall asleep, or let him get to me.

No way I’d let that happen. I would relax and trust myself to fall asleep. or at least I’d try my best.

I couldn’t. I have too many thoughts going through my mind as it is, but knowing the consequences would make it all too much.
Unless it was after 9PM.
