I’m developing quite a weird relationship with food (I think). I’ve cut out sugar pretty much from my entire diet (and I’ve lost just under a stone/5 kg over the past month and a half just from not eating crap- yay). Now this is all fine and dandy, and I don’t look like I’m 1-2 months pregnant anymore but I’ve become almost repulsed by anything pastry-like or just sweets in general. I was watching a video a few minutes ago where a girl was eating an apple tart and I gagged and felt like throwing up.

Now I’m in no-danger of developing an eating disorder so don’t worry about that, but it’s quite odd, I have to turn my head away now if I see people eating chips, or see ads for sweets on the telly, it just literally churns my stomach.

Hmph.

That’s sad to hear, i hope you don’t get sick and hopefully you stop wanting to throw up at the sight of unhealthy food because that means that you’ll never be able to walk into a mall or grocery store without throwing up or getting close to it.

If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

Well thanks all a-hard-days-night-george-10.

I’ll lose another 6 pounds or so then I’ll try and stop losing weight before I go too low on the BMI, but I don’t really know how to because I’ve become accustomed to only having a breakfast and dinner and maybe eating an egg if I’m hungry (because before then I’d snack on crap that was only nutritionally worthless, I mean have you looked at the sugar content of most things- Jesus!).

I’m going to spin, and aerobics classes 4 days a week in college starting from September so maybe I’ll balance it out by eating more, I don’t know.

Anyways, I’d really recommend it to people, after like 2 days I was completely fine with not having chocolate or whatever. The key thing to do is eat whatever you have left in the house, and then when you go shopping for new stuff, think to yourself “do I really need this?”, and the vast majority of the time the answer is no.

(I’ve probably saved about €30 as well in food bills so yay).

Are you sure it isn’t a good idea to stop trying to lose weight now, i don’t want you to become anorexic or lose too much weight that it does you harm.

If you're reading this, you are looking for something to do.

Ah no, I’m right in the middle for my height and weight category. Even if I lose another 6 pounds, I still have another 8 pounds to go before I would be considered underweight. I know when enough is enough.

Thanks for the concern but I’m alright.

The same happened to me with cakes, pies, and ice cream. I haven’t eaten the stuff in forever besides a few slices of cheesecake here and there. Although I love salty things. I don’t think I’ll ever stop eating snacks like chips and pretzels.

My older sister got married yesterday.

I played four songs on guitar during the ceremony.

Canon in D – Johann Pachelbel (sometime between 1680 and 1706) – as she walked down the aisle.

Here Comes The Sun – The Beatles (1969) – at the end of the ceremony.

Pressed Rat and Warthog – Cream (1968, I have no idea how I got away with this one) – as people were leaving.

Peggy Sue – Buddy Holly (1957) – as people were leaving.

Here’s a picture of me from the event.

I can read music, but that isn’t sheet music. It’s just a cheat sheet. There was no actual music written on it. I just wrote little notes on it. Mainly, I wanted to be able to remember how many verses there are and things like that. But I had been practicing the songs for a month and a half, so I knew how to play them by heart.

One of my knees has been gubbed for a week, I’ve worked two 14.5 hour shifts back-to-back, and have another tomorrow so today is R.I.C.E. as much as possible.

I said on 3 August

Anyways, I’ve been going to bed at 2 – 3am, and not waking up until half 11 for almost 5 days now.

Didn’t get to bed last night (no paper bags on my knee, though) and kept dozing on and off until about 7:30 AM when I just decided to get up. Oh, and 22 days until my birthday! a-hard-days-night-ringo-6

(Please apologise this atrocious Bowie/Lennon drawing I made and also the bad quality of the photo. I placed this scribble on a part of the Berlin Wall called Mauerpark in Prenzlauer Berg just so you know in case someone of you should go there by coincidence)

Prenzlberg just got a little bit cooler. I love that place. I must go back soon.

Guitar or bass? (Or drums) I learnt it on bass quite quickly but I played guitar before I played bass so I was used to the pain.

I've been up on the mountain, and I've seen his wondrous grace,
I've sat there on the barstool and I've looked him in the face.
He seemed a little haggard, but it did not slow him down,
he was humming to the neon of the universal sound.
