Offline Well this last week I’ve been going around doing various things to get ready for my mission. Tomorrow I’m leaving town to go to the Shakespeare Festival, which is this thing every summer where 6 or 7 plays are being performed and it rotates them out every day.

It’s not all Shakespeare plays, but Shakespeare is what the whole thing is based around. Everything is 1600’sy. This year the Shakespeare plays I’m seeing are Romeo and Juliet, and Midsummer’s Night Dream. I think there’s one other Shakespeare play that I’m not going to, but I can’t remember what it is. Then I’m going to see 2 non Shakespeare plays, and I cant remember what they are off the top of my head.

Offline Work experience log, Day 2:
So I made it in today! I did a bit of filing
, then I proofread the very important program. I found 8 mistakes!
There are currently posters up for musicians to suggest what songs they want to do next year, and I was going to suggest these two:
–A Day In The Life (Beatles)
-Spanish Flea (Herb Alpert)
But I noticed A Day In The Life had already been suggested! (And so had Blackbird !) I was very happy!
I then helped do some other admin stuff.
I’m going to the City Town Hall tomorrow for the Mass Choir (1500 people) rehearsal, so there’ll be some great stories tomorrow!

Offline You should have suggested them again, so the organiser sees they are popular! As for me, I’m going to Poland tomorrow on a music tour, so I’m stocking up on music. Just bought a couple of Revolver and Abbey Road tracks, as well as Pet Sounds.

I’m not a huge Romeo and Juliet fan, but I was in Midsummer earlier in the year. I played Oberon.
