Actually it’s always on Halloween, it just is politcally recognized on the last Friday of October.

Offline Remember how I said yesterday in the “what are you reading these days?” thread or whatever it’s called that I was reading The Rules of the Road because my driving test was coming up soon, well I slightly didn’t mention that it was actually today.
And guess what…..
I passed 😀 First time around, I didn’t put my family to shame (all of the family members have passed 1st time around, we only have one brother left to do it and he’ll hopefully be doing it early next year).
And I bet John to a driving licence by 6 years, pretty happy with that. Now time to get the previously-mentioned legendary Smart car on the road (if I can get insurance on it that is)
I also got €240 back on my current insurance on the Peugeot 407….noice and my driving instructor said he thought that car was too big for me to pass in it

Offline Ahh, I remember going through the process of getting my drivers license.
I’ve almost had it for a year(I got it on the Winter Solstice, or December 21st).
Anyway, for the past 2 day’s I helped this family move out of their house. There was so much stuff to pack up and only like 5 of us(the family and then my friend and me) to pack it all up. It took a while but we finally got it all packed. I’m now discouraged from ever being a pack-rat. That’s probably a good thing though.

Offline I pulled out a pair of jeans that I used to wear when I was like 12 (I haven’t worn a pair of jeans in about 5 years). I tried them on….they still fit.
Surely my body has changed somewhat since I was 12 but…apparently not >.>
Oh well they’re going in the bin anyways, they’re not new enough to give to a charity shop and they aren’t my style anymore *goes back into skater dresses*.

Offline I’ve done something to my hand whilst sleeping last night; bloody sore to do anything near my thumb or put pressure my hand. I went to the chemist, they said go to the doctor or hospital so went to the doctors and their response was we’re busy come back Monday if its still sore. I’m not going to the hospital for a sore hand. I have two 12 hour shifts over the weekend, should be fun.

I actually just went and got my learners’ permit at the age of…well, pretty old. I plan to enter my 50’s as a licensed driver…
