Good luck with your problem and good recovery from your injuries. Hope everything pans out well.
Ha ha – thanks.
Reminds of me that bit in Star Wars Episode whatever-it-was along the lines of “there’s always a bigger fish”. As in – there is always someone worse off than we are to put things in perspective.
Though I suppose the logic of that is that there is someone out there who is the worst off person in the world. I can’t even begin to imagine the mess that poor sorry sod must be in.

Hehehe, now I don’t feel alone, or the weight of the stone. I design my costumes months ahead (this year I’m planning on going as One Of The Beautiful People, albeit sans pot/LSD/what-have-you, if I can find some proper bell-bottoms).
I’ve got a pair, and they’re authentic vintage ones, too. I’m wearing them right now, but you can borrow them after I wash them and bring them to the BB House.
Ohhh, wait….. never mind. You can’t really wear them outside of the island.Eh, you can wear them for the BB House Halloween Party that I’m assuming we’re going to have.
Anyways, today was my first day back at school. It was okay, I suppose; not what I was hoping for it to be. I’ll probably be busier now, so I might only be able to pop in every second day for awhile. Oh well, I’ll figure it out!

I have a job interview in just over 30 minutes for a job I already have except it’s for a permanent contract instead of temporary rolling, which I’m in at the moment, or a whenever required, which I started on.
I have no idea how to prepare for such an interview as they know me and I know them.
“Why do you want to work here?”
“Because I already do?”
Admit any faults and I bring into question my working practise with them.
So will be interesting.

I’ve always felt that it was a bad idea to compare two people’s suffering. It’s all relative and some situations aren’t very comparable to others.

My top ten artists (non-Beatles) according to GB taken up on my iPod are
Beach Boys
Grateful Dead
Pink Floyd
Phish
Bob Dylan
The Who
Billy Joel
Honorable Mention: Simon & Garfunkel. (I love them so much and they placed 11th)
This entire list combined in 4 GBs short of the Beatles.
That was a very interesting waste of time.
If you feel like wasting yours I would love to see your list

Since I’m procrastinating anyway, I decided to do the same thing that @sir walter raleigh did because it seemed interesting. For anyone who cares here it is.(I did number of songs instead of memory storage because that seemed easier)
Beatles (595)
1. Paul McCartney (Including Wings, The Fireman, etc.) (483)
2. Ringo Starr (213)
3. George Harrison (171)
4. John Lennon (165)
5. “Weird Al” Yankovic (164)
6. Michael Jackson (153)
7. Billy Joel (135)
8. Taylor Swift (110)
9. Terry Draper (109)
10. Eagles (87)
11. Klaatu(Because they were 1 song from making the list) (86)

That’s a nice list @William Shears Campbell. I like the Weird Al.
For reference, there are 13 GB of Beatles.

When I met up with @meanmistermustard a couple of months ago, I gave him a 32GB memory stick which was all Dylan, and it was nowhere near complete. I’m still adding stuff to the new PC. I think my complete Dylan is around about 80GB.

I don’t use iTunes any more so it would not be very accurate at all. But here are my Top Artists according to Last.FM:
1 | The Beatles | ||
2 | Donny Osmond | ||
3 | [Image Can Not Be Found] | The Rolling Stones
4 | Led Zeppelin | ||
5 | [Image Can Not Be Found] | David Bowie
6 | [Image Can Not Be Found] | Tori Amos
7 | [Image Can Not Be Found] | Paul McCartney
8 | The Doors | ||
9 | Aerosmith | ||
10 | Madonna |
And that’s not even COMPLETELY accurate because I’m not scrobbling every single time I’m listening. Pink Floyd came it at 11 w/118 plays for instance which is definitely more than that.

I would make a list too but I don’t know how to figure that out on iTunes…
Just sort your music by artist and it will say how many Albums/Songs for each artist.

On iTunes my Beatles is 24.43GB; on my external hard drive its at least 50GB but i’m pretty sure it wouldn’t fit on a 64GB USB.
If I sorted thru all the clutter (so much clutter) it could be reduced by 20GB or so however.

Oh yeah… Makes sense…
The Beatles (789)
Paul McCartney /and Linda McCartney/The Firemen/Wings (426)
Dean Martin (183)
Frank Sinatra (135)
George Harrison (133)
John Lennon /and Yoko Ono (129)
Richard Starkey (127)
The Four Seasons (94)
Bob Dylan (93)
The Beach Boys (91)
Taylor Swift (77)
And with the exception of The Beach Boys who I rarely listen to anymore, this is most of what I usually listen to.
