Was it hot, cold, or just about right up there, @natureaker? I’ve been up there in all three temperatures.
It was kinda in the middle. It was definitely fun though!
During the rest of the week, my family went to visit my grandpa down south. We also got to visit Tombstone, which was pretty fun. We also did lots of swimming, even though it was raining just about every day that we were there. Plane landed safely in Boston yesterday, even though it was probably one of the worst plane rides I’ve been on because there was a little baby sitting behind me that wouldn’t stop crying, especially when I had the window open . Otherwise, definitely glad to be home!

Currently, I am right in the middle of Marching Band Camp for my High School. Even though it can be very tedious and miserable, it is still one of my favorite times of the year.Sure the sun may be intolerably hot, and I may get tired of playing the same stuff over and over again, but for whatever reason, I always miss it when it’s over. This year, we are doing Elvis music for our show, so at least I’m more familiar with the songs. Also, there’s a very good chance that we will qualify to go to Pasadena and March in the Rose Bowl Parade next year!
P.S. I play Trombone, just like somebody else that we all know…

I have my first day of marching band camp on the 15th. I think band camp is honestly my least favorite part of the Marching Band season. I’m actually kinda glad this is my last year of Band Camp.

this one day…
I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did'.

I’ve lost my watch. I’ll be back when my devastation is gone. 20 years i’ve had it.
I never wear one nowadays; I had developed a bad habit of looking at it all the time and not noticing what the time was.
It is sad to lose them; I had an old heirloom pocket watch stolen some years ago and was devastated.

I’m moving to a Beatles-themed community next week. There is an etched glass picture of John Lennon on the door of the leasing office, they have a white piano like the one in the Imagine video, there is a Let it Be game room, and there is a communal area with a large painting of The Beatles from different eras all the way from Hamburg up to Abbey Road . The painting has Stuart and Astrid in it as well. There may be more Beatles things I find once I move in.

I just had dinner with @Ahhh Girl and Ohhh Boy at my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. It was fun as always.
Yes, it was fun! The food was delicious. We just got home a few minutes ago.
I dig that John Lennon door at @Expert Textpert’s apartment building. So cool! I saw the piano through the door. I can’t wait to see the other Beatley things when I am there next month to go see the new Beatles movie with The Textperts.
