Listening to ‘Money’ by Pink Floyd sorta mindlessly and there’s a part where the drums go tatatatatatatatatat really fast and I had this odd moment of ‘Ringo? No? Which drummer is this?’ before I remembered what I was listening to.

I don’t think that it’s anything serious. It’s not all that painful. The unpleasantness lies more in the fact that it’s lasted so long.

I’m getting all nostalgic hearing everybody’s job worries…….and exam anxiety. I remember it well.
But it’s worse these days……..They reckon that anxiety levels of the average High School student today is the same as psychiatric patients in the 50’s.
Sitting back these days, (been retired for nearly 9 years now)…….I can say that, ‘no dish is ever served as hot as it’s cooked’

At the college that I went to, Winston Churchill spoke in 1946 there, and he coined the term “Iron Curtain” in that speech. Of course, the college has been bragging about that speech every day since 1947. I’ve heard that quote a thousand times. Haha.
