Offline Our house cat of a thousand years old (well it seems like it) and not that well was put outside this afternoon to bask in the sun as she isnt well at all. She was last seen over 6 hours ago and now cant find her anywhere. No sound either. And she was never a roaming cat. Furthest she’d go was around the garden.
Bugger.

I’m not sure what thread the following bit of rubbish should belong in, so I just stuck it here… it’s a long story; I hope you like long stories.
As I may have mentioned previously, I’m taking a literature class where every month we read, discuss, and analyse a book. This month, we have to do “group analyses”, so we were supposed to meet and discuss our plan of action. Well, I had a cold, so I couldn’t attend the meeting, but with a little help from Google, I was able to participate fairly well, considering the circumstances. (These technology things really can be marvellous.) Anyway, I mentioned something about “Sorry we hurt your field, mister,” and of course had to go over the usual run of explaining Beatles references to non-Beatley people. Anyway, one of my classmates mentioned that they hadn’t heard of A Hard Day’s Night . HEAR OF IT, I said. RIGHT NOW. So they listened to the song, and I got to explain some Beatle things along the way.
It sounds remarkably trivial put down, but it was fun. To me.

Offline My friends took me bowling for my birthday.
I kicked their arses.
Went to a cadburys shop and I got treats for me and my family.
Then we had sushi. I discovered I like vegetarian sushi more than meat or fish.

Offline I just drew my first ever halfway decent picture of George. He is unbelievably hard to draw, but really handsome if you get him right, so I’m very happy.

Offline I thought I’d let you know why I’ve been so scarce lately. If you guessed hospital you guessed right! I have (a much milder case of) rhabdomylosis, no pneumonia, and shingles again – but the er doc said he didn’t think it was – however he ordered an infectious disease doc for tomorrow. I looked at the shingles pictures and what I have looks a lot like some of them. Oh, I just went back in tonight, but I’ve been sleeping a lot so that’s why I haven’t been around much. I post in hospital because it’s impossible to sleep (meds at 9 & 2am, vitals at 4am,blood drawn a at 5am). And on and on it goes…i think my body needs a damn good whacking! @ Err….Maybe not (re: body needs a damn good whacking)… It would hurt like hell!
