Offline I’m going to a medieval dance in April, and my mum and I are making a dress for me to wear to it. It’s going to be a sort of autumn fairy concoction. (I know, wrong season, but autumn colours suit me better than spring ones generally.)
I’ve heard they’re going to play modern pop music though. Mere words cannot express my ugh. Maybe this smiley can:

I mentioned in a past post that I was to see of Montreal live in concert on March 13, 2015 at the Metro Chicago. I was there last night, and it was a lot of fun. I got about fifty pictures, one video, and made an audio recording of about half the show. I went with my older sister. The day of the show, I decided to check out the music of the opening act, Deerhoof. I really didn’t like their music. Neither did my sister, so we decided to show up a bit late. When I entered the venue, I spent about $50 on merchandise, which was about twice of what my ticket cost. I bought a t-shirt, a copy of Satanic Panic In The Attic on vinyl, and a copy of Daughter Of Cloud on CD. Overall, the show was great. They put on a very theatrical live show, with actors alongside the musicians.

Offline Catching up on household chores while HKL is off visiting friends.
It’s going slowly as I am still recovering from too much tennis on a hot sunny day yesterday.
The ‘whatever you call an Indian Summer in the Southern Hemisphere’ is continuing with temperatures predicted back around 32C in the next few days.

Yes, it’s driving my sinuses mad, so hot in the afternoons and then 2/3 of the temperature drops.
I'm like Necko only I'm a bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin and also everyone. Or is everyone me? Now I'm a confused bassist ukulele guitar synthesizer kazoo penguin everyone who is definitely not @Joe. This has been true for 2016 & 2017 
but I may have to get more specific in the future.

Offline Many people believe in hard work; I believe in the Muse that descends upon us and touches us with her delicate hands. I had been painting and writing a lot, but not playing the guitar so much; well, I’ve just composed a song, with lyrics and all –and it only took me an hour. Is it going to be the next “Stairway to Heaven”? Hardly. But it’s a very nice tune, and the lyrics aren’t bad. So that’s what I have to share with you. Oudis.
