They haven’t caught all the attacks so we don’t know who they are yet. Let’s deal with that after it’s over.

Are they looking for anymore?
The rest all appear to have been suicide bombers and perhaps planted explosives.
It’s been a dark day.

Hallande and others are reportedly going to the Bataclan. At least 140 reported to have been killed there now tho unconfirmed.
Is now reported to be around 140 in total, not just at the Bataclan. Again unconfirmed.

We have no idea how many attackers there were. There is no knowing all are dead. There could well still be others at large.

There are reports that gunmen are still on the loose.
Incredible how awful the coverage of the Paris attacks on the BBC and Sky has been. Been watching France Eng (sky channel 513) and no hysteria, knee-jerk reactions, attempts to blame it on whoever, idiotic comments or stupid questions being asked – just reporting whats been happening and asking eye witnesses questions which actually offer insight into what happened.

I’m trying to think ahead……The UK will soon have it’s turn at dealing with something like this. If it is demonstrated that Muslim radicals are behind the coming attack, I suspect there will be more hand-wringing than fist shaking…..But I hope our politicals expect it too and are ready for it. To begin with I hope they will round up and incarcerate those on their watch-lists who are considered as being most dangerous and who we already have evidence their plotting….. and that against these people charges of conspiracy brought. This will allow for more rigorous monitoring of those who remain on the watch-lists.
This will not be easy to deal with… No government can protect every theatre, football match, shopping mail or school playground.
It needs the co-operation of the Muslim community to oust the death cult that hides within it.

I would suspect that France being under a state of emergency carries with it some restrictions on how this is all reported.
The BBC (who I’ve little respect left for) being once removed are not considering the effect of their reporting to the same degree.

It might have been if both didn’t have a history of amateur journalism. The coverage of the Clutha Bar helicopter crash was an embarrassment. Normally I stick up for the BBC but some off their reporting and questions are pathetic. Tonight we had their news anchor ask what the mood was like as the cafe was being shot up!!?
Compared to Sky the BBC are miles ahead. Compared to France Eng tonight the BBC come across as shoddy, slapdash, embarrassing and cringe-worthy. And before anyone says its rolling news, its going to suffer, France Eng has the same issues but haven’t.
Report the news, ask insightful questions, don’t sensationalise, and forget getting telling us what George Clooney, One Direction and Simon from Dagenham have to say.

“IS is a death cult hiding behind a riven and troublesome religion that has historically spread across the world through violent means.

Completely agree.
And oil and water don’t mix too well and people are naive if they think otherwise.

Its been a war for a long time, an attack like last night has been coming for a good while, and sad to say but there will be others in a similar vein to last night.
And what everyone knew but stopped from saying has been confirmed – IS have claimed responsibility.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if it actually wasn’t IS but they’re claiming it because noone else got to it first? So much about this seems odd to me and I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but maybe these days they wait around for a few hours before claiming terrorist acts.
